I took my car in to get new front struts and the CV axle shaft. This was on Monday morning, its now 11:00 pm Wednesday night and they still have not been able to install the axle shaft correct - many excuses. This part on this side was replaced the first time in under two hours and worked fine. They gave it two me on Tuesday afternoon at about 4:00 pm, drove it less than a mile and the car just stopped moving, could shift gears but no movement forward or reverse. Got towed back to the same shop and the tow truck driver noticed when he picked me up that the transmission was leaking. That has never before. This fiasco has completely messed up my plans for 4th of July. I honestly dont know if they have the experience or expertise to complete the job. Did get me a rental car. By far the worst experience I have ever had in 30+ years in getting autos worked on. May have to have the car towed towed to someone who does know what theyre doing. Would not go there to air in tires in the future. Will also post this experience on numerous car forums as a warning.

WARNING : DONT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING HERE. POOR SERVICE AND CONS. I took my car for a tire repair since it had a slow puncture instead they said the tire has no nail and I need to replace my back two tires. I said i cant since my tires are still in good condition, so I left. I decided to go to the Orange pepboys, they were very welcoming, informative and fast. They checked my tire and found a nail in it. I asked them if I needed to replace the tires they said I dont need to replace the tires for the next one year... WOOOOOW, I was about to get conned by this Big LIARS. DONT GO HERE. AM SO HAPPY I WALKED AWAY.

3 weeks ago I Went in for new waterpump and 2 belts... They told me 2-3 hours . dropped of my car at 11am and went back at 3pm and still not ready. I sat there till 5:30pm untill it was ready. Another customer was there for brakes since 10:30am and he didnt leave till almost 5pm. Crazy!! They werent busy. but they lost a customer cause I will not go back again or recommend this place to any of my friends or family. Not to mention they way over charge. Tried to charge me almost $800 dollars. I had to price match . anyways I was not happy .

Two tires and an oil change. Easy enough, right? I came in today around 2:30... I was finally helped after abot 30 minutes of waiting in line. The line consisted of 2-3 other people... So by 3:00 I was told it would take about an hour and a half. Now its 6:00 and Im sitting here watching spanish television... Still waiting. What the hell !?! I will not be coming back here. I advise anyone reading this to look elsewhere for any auto-work you need done in any reliable time-frame. Anger ensues.

Buena tienda d autopartes, cara pero con extenso surtido, el problema ahora q no encuentras estacionamiento todo lo ocupan con el servicio y lyft, quieres comprar algo? Imposible estasionarse, mejor ir a otra tienda.

This is for the owner: stop asking people to email you to tell you about their bad experience! Invest in your business, so the costumer is satisfied . How come you have to wait 2 or 3 hours for a simple oil change? If your technicians are so busy cant they simply tell you to go hell an take your car somewhere else?this people needs some training on how to treat the costumers right also ! Please dont go there and find a better place with a better service

This place SUCKS!!! So I bought wheels ( expensive as heck) with warranty and when I called them regarding the warranty to see if they can fix my tire I was told that only tomorrow morning. I told Juan I worked during the day and he replied, " take it to another pepboys they can help you there". So I guess CUSTOMER SERVICE is not their number 1, 2 or 3rd priority. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!! F+++++

Today I called three times, and each time I was placed on hold for several minutes and then routed back to the menu. Doesnt anybody man the phones at this store. I know they are fully staffed as I dropped by at the store half a hour later. That is poor customer service and doesnt make Pep Boys look good.

Horrible place! I went in for a tire repair and they told me my tire was unrepairable. I went to Big O Tires and they said it will be easily repairable. Pep boys tried to sell me a brand new tire for 130.00 dollars. Do not go to Pep Boys. They will lie just to get your business. STAY AWAY!

Thought I needed new brakes so I brought my car in. The technician showed me what my brakes looked like and let me know I was good for a couple more months when he couldve easily told me I need breaks immediately. He even gave me a place to go get some good used tires.

Dont bother calling. I was on hold for 7 minutes trying different departments to get a hold of someone but no one answers their phones. When I was in store the place looked sleezy and dirty. I felt very uncomfortable there.

I called at 7:30 pm and the website and another site said you are open till 8 pm. The message said "Call back when were open." Shame on your lazy employees.

This Pep Boys location is sucks! Super slow service, more than 2 hours to replace a car battery. 3 hours total spend for a new battery.
