I had the worst customer service experience tonight with an older employee. He looked unhappy with the world and provided horrible customer service. We walked in at 8:45 and he yelled at another co-worker to lock the door even though they close at 9pm. He was very short in his answers and treated me like I was bothering him by asking for parts. He just didnt want to help anybody else and was unhappy to have to assist customers. This employee should not be in a customer service position and I feel sorry for the people that have to work with him and the customers that have to deal with him. I will drive to another Autozone before coming here again.

Tried to get an Enginer air filter, asked me to order online due to special order, called back regarding website navigation issue, (the website gave me 6 pages for airfilter) he told me he cannot help me since he cannot access autozone website, I asked for a Vin number of the filter, and he keeps in telling me the Vin number is in my car.... He sounded rude, impatient, whereas he is not familiar with their company website, and very frustrated to deal with.

I get most of my parts from them, they are very helpful, Steve and Raul are great when it comes to info I need to get my part and anything they dont have i can have it order and check back when its ready for pick up. Great group of people at this store.
