zero stars... a complete nightmare! july.. step one. home depot. husband and paid for a new countertop in full. step two. installer came out to measure, circled the exact sink we needed on the brochure. step three: random cancellation of our confirmed meeting time - we took a day off work to be at home for the installer - apparently a random person called to cancel from an unknown number?? step four.. took of work again.. different installer came. we had exact sink they told us to purchase. we were told we were given the wrong information.. we need to return the sink and reschedule. step five.. we purchase a smaller sink with the dimensions the installer told us to. they come to meausure and we sign off on paperwork again. we are told the install will be 7 to 10 days. step six. husband and i demo kitchen and prep for install before we leave for vaca. step seven.. when we are out of town, installer circles back to initial installer (same company) and the sink size is wrong... again. step eight.. our kitchen is demolished.. we returned yet another sink.. we will have to wait for the 3rd sink to come in.. They will have to remeasure and add another 7 to 10 days for delivery. 2 months with no kitchen. I rather have had my 70s tile. The installers only solution was to reimburse the $60 we paid to return the two sinks they told us to purchase. We thought that through purchasing through Home Depot, we would not have to worry about customer service and contractors. WE WERE WRONG. We will not make this mistake again. I hope my nightmare of an experience helps someone make a better decision.

Come here all the time. So much so that a lot of the staff know me by my face and also my dog Harley who I bring in the store with me. Any ways, I really like this place a lot. They have a great return policy. Im always buying too much of something or the wrong thing. Often times I forget to bring or lose the receipt and Ive never had any problems returning anything which is a big plus to someone like me. I had to do some special plumbing work on my carpet cleaning equipment. There is a black guy that works in plumbing, his name is Myron and he is the best. The guy spent a ton of time helping me out. He knows his stuff and is a real asset to Home Depot. I hope they managers read this stuff and know what a great guy they have in plumbing. And Myron, if youre reading this. Thanks again. My carpet cleaning equipment works great thanks to your help.

Jimmie is an incredible part of this store she just makes me smile by looking at her her demeanor is second to none she has a happiness and shines like a ray of sunshine upon this store also Corinna was a pleasant surprise to see there so knowledgeable the PRIME example of DONT JUDGE A BOOK BY ITS COVER SHE KNOWS MORE THAN 90% of the men in there! I see new faces working there all the time these 2 are faced I hope to never see leave the manager was very kind to me as well she was a female darker hair at the time I was there but please get rid of that angry short heavy set lady at the check out that looks like she wants to kill you just for shopping at Home Depot what a depressing site Jesus Christ smile lady!

This is the nicest Home Depot in all of Los Angeles. Its a hidden gem, isolated from the negative influences the city of angels bestows throughout the numerous strip malls populating the area. For some reason it feels like a time machine back to the 1960s where workers actually helped customers and took a more proactive approach to finding solutions. Every employee is super helpful and know what they are doing. Plus its never crowded for some reason. I love it. My fav Home Depot by far.

First, the staff at the entrance send me right to the right department and ask if they can help more. Then you find yourself in a well maintained store. Finally, cashiers such as Rosanne are delightful to deal with. When I left my purse in a basket one night, there however was no one willing to help me search as they were closing up; that was frustrating. But overall...good spot!

I want to say thank you to Mike he helped me out with the plumbing I took a nice walk around the store to grab some items to people are still as friendly as its always been go ahead grab your truck its still as affordable as always. Gets your items and get to work. By the way plenty of parking on the outside. With two separate entrances

The service here is consistently good. Home Depot must take good care of their employees because they are always cheerful and helpful. The only down side is that this location is a little small and sometimes they dont have what you are looking for. The Torrance and Long Beach stores are much bigger.

San Pedro- Oscar the cashier was very informative lead me to right directions, courteous, friendly and always cheerful. Pleasure doing business with that type of atmosphere. Tony the loader also may be not so cheerful but definitely all the other fine qualitys of a good employee

I ran into an employee by the name of joseph uhlin , hes one of the over night workers . He was one of the most helpful imployees ever! The store was closing and he helped as much as he can . He knew where everything was at and has the most charming smile ever?

Smart little kids stocking the wood for the evening. Have a job to do the next morning wood was picked through and they wouldnt even restock for me. Never going to HD again for wood only Crenshaw Lumber, they charge less anyway........

Nice but smaller Home Depot, sometimes they dont some items other HDs do. But because the harbor is close they usually have slightly better selection of stainless steel blots, catches, etc.

Its a Home Depot ... so finding someone that can point you in the right direction for the part you need is futile. But they do keep the shelves relatively full and well organized.

Its a typical Home Depot. Nice drought resistant plant selection. No real rhyme or reason to the arrangement of the store, IMO. I will go back.
