Kyle Collins is one of THE most helpful people I have encountered at Home Depot .I left the Hawthorne Store because all the good people left and service is horrible . I gave Home Depot another try in Torrance . Kyle was working in blinds ( not his dept ) and he is not only very polite and caring toward the customers needs . He doesnt stand around and talk to his co workers when people are needing service .He focuses on the customer . His job knowledge is also better than most . He had to correct the order another employee did . He did it with a genuine apology for the inconvenience ....he didnt pass the buck because it wasnt his error . He just took care of us professionally . Very refreshing to find service once again at a Home Depot ....its been missing . This young man deserves "employee of the month". I am on my 12th total redo of a property with Home Depot . I was ready to go to Lowes ...Kyle has changed my mind . Also the youmg Asian manager of the doors dept is excellent in customer care too . He took a late lunch rather than pass us off to someone else . I apologize I dont know his name . He didnt sent us to the different depts...he went above and beyond to take us personally . You need more of these two young men ......

I rarely write reviews, but I needed to express my sincere appreciation and gratitude to the garden department. I am a novice landscapist and I have found that throughout my search and discovery for plants and garden items at other Home Depot stores, this store is definitely one of my favorites. The knowledge of the garden associates regarding particular plants are impressive and on point. Diane, Darryl and Debra are great with my orders and for whatever reason of any issues with my orders arise, Jonathon and Fausto (ASM aka Assistant Store Managers) are absolutely amazing!!!! I do not live in the area....I live close to 40 miles away, but they have always been willing to accomodate my requests despite the difference. Also, Yvette at the pro deal is awesomely amazing!!!!!! It amazes me how the Torrance HD stays in business. It is a under managed zoo. Although I called to get information on a Bootz Maui bathtub, I was told that there are 5 in inventory. Got there and found that all five in inventory were damaged or the wrong side. Initially, most employees had no idea about the product, after a lengthy wait I found a "Supervisor" who informed me hat no new orders will be made. She suggested to go to a HD in Gardena or Carson as I was told that to have a tub delivered from these stores at no cost is not an option. Where is customer service????

I frequent the Home Depot on Crenshaw Blvd, in Torrance and was most pleased with one of its store managers, Gina Garcia...She went out of her way to help me with two decorating type projects and even made suggestions that really made sense. She followed up, returned phone calls, and made my project so much easier...She has renewed my faith in the Torrance store, as it is always so busy, you rarely find someone to help you. I hope you read this review and that you have the great luck in having Gina help you...she is friendly, efficient, and makes Home Depot look good!

Came in just before closing on a Sunday night looking for a tool that I know nothing about. I was assisted by a very knowledgeable employee who took the time to show me the location of the tool i needed, the different types and what would be my best purchased for my needs. Thanks to this welcoming and helpful employee not only my shopping experience was great but also the tool turned out perfect for my needs and was able to accomplish the job needed.

Ame in to pick up some led bulbs that were on sale. Online it said they had a limited supply. I figured they might have a couple at least. When I asked them for it the guy was real helpful and checked for me but there was only one bulb left and he had no idea where it was. We tried searching in these areas that seemed to be where people would bring random stuff from all departments. It wasnt very organized and I left without the bulb.

Dont go to this place I wanted to buy a little mini washing machine that is LG, The lady was so rude she said ummmmm...... NO Absolutely rude I was going to give her however much it cost and she just said no other people got their mini washers by asking we asked if we could get it but NOPE I guess hope depot doesnt want our money. The Event was over so she was just being plain rude.

I was not very happy going there today I dont go there very often but I was not happy. I was looking for a nail and I wanted to certain nail and they call for help out 13 no one never arrived someone else theyre working not working there but another individual who works in construction show me and help me to get this taken care of so this was not a very good day for me.

OK well that guy Darren Galindo clearly works for home depot so of course hes going to say that. The products and supplies they sell there are actually pretty good and most employees will help you find what you need. on the other hand half the employees there seem to not know where half the stuff is and the cashiers seem to space out a lot. Good store though.

Terrible...absolutely terrible...at the self check out section ,the lady who should be assisting customers has some nasty attitude...while other employees were so far helpful... After a couple of month came back to check appliances customer service still sucks...nothing really changed..I guess the managers are very incompetent in this place...sad.

Purchase some wood on discount mangers refused to give me the refunds because she had thought I marked the whole lot and was asking me the custumer where did i get the wood from it was beyond the mark down. If is marked company needs to honor it. Were do they hire this inefficient people dont know and dont have any people skills

Bought our Christmas tree here. Staff always super friendly, and good variety of trees to choose from. Will come back. Do not care for the almost begging nature of some employees asking for a tip for 2 minutes of work shoddily putting the tree on our car. Would have done it myself if I wouldnt be guilty into tipping.

I agree with the person about the old white racist guy I went to him yesterday and the day before he didnt help me,his excuse he is trying to help someone else that they didnt need his help when I complained to his friend he said that the old guy like to choose his own customers which isnt fair

Walked in a few minutes past 7pm on a Sunday night, made a decision in 5 minutes. Now approaching 9pm. Phone ringing off the hook, manager "Eric " paged multiple times overhead, not just for us. 1 checker at end of horrible experience. Upside I got 3500 steps in trying to find help. Pitiful

This is a fine Home Depot. It seems cleaner than other Home Depot stores in the area, probably because it isnt close to a freeway. I came in fifteen minutes before closing to purchase a patio couch, and the clerks, who needed a forklift, pulled it from the top shelf without complaint.
