First of all the phone service is poor due to being on hold for 20 min hanging up and calling again just to be put on hold again. The help is not what you would expect after asking an employee about a product and being directed to the cheapest material on shelf and not giving input on a better product let alone the quality and the difference between the two, after asking him about the better product his only bothered reply was "its a better one" and walked off with out asking if i needed further assistance. A week before I was looking for an electrical cover and was told they didnt have it on stock, you would think they would put an order for it but nope. Then I overhear a loud conversation happenig behind me between two employees about a night before and the involvement between alcohol consumption and interaction with the other gender, you would think they would have the decency to quietly share that information on their break and not on the clock and infront of a paying customer. Afterall there is good mature people working here that take their job seriously and have knowlege of the product rather than acting like its a dead end job. I belive it also has to do with lack of motivation and encouragement to employees, and better leadership and management.

First of this Home Depot is really in decline. The managers, Supervisors, overwork their employees. The only people Ive seen get any service from at the Lot Attendants. Today I met two Lot Attendants who look dehydrated and tired. And when I was done with my shopping they offered me help with my purchase with all of the carts they had gathered into a place. Obviously theyre just for seasonal help but those guys deserve to take the managers job. Second the cashiers one called Christy was the rudest person Ive ever met. That attitude was just so bad, I hope she gets fired if not the HR department should be fired. The security guards and Lot Attendants are the power that build this Home Depot but the people inside are the worlds most Obnoxious, Air Headed, Up Tight, excuse me for my language but Bitchy people Ive ever met. I will give this store a 0 out of 10 in my retail store selection magazine. But the Guards and Lot Attendants get a 9 out of 10 for working their heart out. Dont shop here. Crappy service. And they want to be the number retail in customer service? Good Luck.

On several occassions, I have reieved awful customer service from this Home Depot. Whenever I ask for a product, these "employees" dont know their products or if they have them. Recently, I called to see if they had a certain product, I was on the line for 30 minutes and this guy tells me that they do have it. I drove down only to find out that they dont have it. I asked an employee, he was very rude and didnt even know what the product is eventhough I told him and described it! I even said that on the website, it was available. It is frustrating as a customer because in the commercials Home Depot is guaranteeing us a friendly service and here we are recieving the contrary. I will NEVER EVER come to shop at this Home depot! Sadly this store is the close one near my home but I dont care of traveling to other Home Depots because I dont tolerate this absurb behavior and awful service. People, never come to this HomeDepot at Huntington Park!

The City of Huntington Park is stuck with management at this Home Depot which is poorly run. So I waited about 10 minutes and with about six other people behind me in the returns on 2/16/17, 830pm because they only had one agent on the returns section. When I asked Betty, the manager apparently, if she could open another register she explained that there was a staffing issue and she only had one cashier available. I think Home Depot corporate needs to understand that customers should not have to suffer when poor management equates to poor customer service. Betty could have offered herself to assist the line and although Karla was trying very hard to please the customer who was holding up the line, you need to get the line moving a manager may need to actually get their hands dirty and help out their subordinates.

I bought a stove 2 weeks ago from this Home Depot and have had nothing but problems trying to receive it. They delivered the wrong color and it was scratched. The delivery person started to disconnect our old one and when we rejected the new stove, he did not fully connect our gas line to the old one. We had a gas leak for 4 days before we could fix it and Home Depot had no remorse. They just told us to come get our money back if we want since we STILL have not received our stove. It has been almost 2 weeks now and supposedly we should receive it next week. You would think they messed up our order so badthey could postpone another order to get us our stove in a timely manner. I will never shop there again. I had planned on purchasing a refrigerator also, but refuse to spend my $$$ there again.

My mom made an online order for in-store pickup to this store. One morning I got a email notification that the item was "picked up, thank you for your purchase.....". I thought it was a mistake because me nor my mom had picked anything up. After work I went with my mom to pick up the item and they tell me that it was indeed picked up. I asked them who was it? What ID did they used and why was it released. They kept dodging questions, and kept acting like they were trying to find out. I was there for 1 hour. After trying to find out what happened one employee noticed some boxes under a shelf and there it was!!!! Behind other boxes, our item! They gave me no real explanation. Be aware of in-store pickup fraud. Some one had to approve that the item was picked up.

LIFE SAVING Customer service! Cindy is amazing!! I arrived via bicycle (because its a healthy lifestyle) and due to my urgency left the keys to my bike lock at home. I needed a fuse to regain power in my apartment and without her help our family would have been without power until the morning. Due to security not allowing me to leave my bike in the store for a sec I called the store to get Cindy who willingly took ten steps out of the front door to get the fuse I needed. She promptly returned to hand me the part and charge me only having to leave my bicycle for a second. This kind of service is becoming a thing of the past, thanks to her a family wasnt in the dark without power for a night. Keep on shining like the star you are! -a happy home depoter

Large location, However, it appeared a lot of the go-backs had been put back in the wrong location For example, I dont remember the actual values but I was trying to get concrete screws, and I almost didnt realize it but the 3/16" 1-1/2 were put back in front of 3/16" 1-1/4" it doesnt seem like much but I noticed this trend carried on throughout the store. So double check your product in hand with the price sticker below it. Also the employees are mostly young adults 19-25. So dont expect an expert to show up and help you, if you cant find it youre probably better off to just keep looking or try another hardware store.
