Arrived an hour before closing and they had already locked the doors. Guy inside ignored until I got his attention and he just shook his head saying it was closed even tho some people were still there. Should really update the store hours if they have decided to close at a different time now.

Everytime I come here I leave upset but not for the Tmobile stuff but for Tmobile company!!! I feel so sorry for the representatives that work there because I know everyone takes their frustratioons with them. So sorry guys but keep heads up you are doing a great job!!

Wait time was ridiculous. They take down a list of people and dont even write them down in the order they showed up. I had one guy go ahead of me and he showed up 15 minutes after me. only reason I came here was to avoid the drive to the second closes store.
