These people are crooks. Ani helped us switch to verizon from sprint. 1. Gave us a quote for the iPhone 6s plus for $28/month on the phone itself. Got the bill and its at $35.90. 2. Did not explain that we had to do the trade-in online and do each line by itself. She said that verizon will send us boxes to send our old devices to verizon. Come to find out that we had to do it online ourselves. 3. I went back to this store as Ani said to come back in once we have our final bill from sprint. I did go back with our final bill but Ani was on vacation so I spoke to a girl (forgot her name but shes in the heavy side) and told us to do it online or come back when Ani comes back. So I asked her "what do you do here?". 4. When I signed up, Ani actually slipped in a $49.99 Loyalty Membership charge on my bill. Which we did not have any idea about. I went back there the next day and asked for the refund on this. I have all my receipts to prove it. Receipt for the charge and receipt for the refund. So, if you want to try this store to find out for yourself how crooked they are, make sure you get things in writing first. The store and its staff are only out for their commission, I found that out from verizon customer service. I strongly recommend, going direct to verizon, they will help you better with the whole process of switching. This store is only a dealer, they will try to make money on you as much as they can. After you buy from them, they will not help you anymore since they are not getting anymore commission from you. Thats how this store operates.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Jimmy lied twice. after buying a phone from him . He first promised me that he would activate my new phone that night but did not happen !! which is ok with me. He then promised me that he will be able to have the line ready the next day by noon .. I waited till 5 pm and still did NOT happen too!! Ilao its the next day after that! Later I found out jimmy ran my card twice .. Then I talked to Mike the manager. He called me and said hell return the money to my card and promised itll happen in 3 days 2 weeks have passed guess what? Never returned and when I complained to Verizon , they called them and said I have to literally go to the store and swipe my card. Im So mad . so now I have to go back to this branch to swipe my card for return .. Can u believe that?? Im so busy I did not even have time and then wanted me to go back for that .. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR , JUST BUY A PHONE FROM THE ACTUAL VERIZON STORE AND NOT A RETAILER LIKE THEM .

Sold me an refurbished defective Verizon tablet instead of a new one and refused to take it back till my 14 days return period was up. Long story short stay away from this store. It is not a Verizon owned, meaning it is a privately owned and maximum profit is the main goal not customer service.

This place has the worst customer service. Charged me 40$ to transfer contacts when I bought the phone at this location 2 weeks ago. When I asked for the managers number they gave me Verizon customer service instead.
