I called this boost mobile and a guy answered. He didnt say "hello this is boost mobile how may i help you", he just said hello. He told me to hold on and i waited on hold for 6 minutes then i was rudely hung up on. So i called back 2 more times and he finally answered and i asked him my question and he couldnt answer it. They really need to work on their costumer service or hire some new employees.
