Visited in the evening, there was only one worker and he was talking to another old lady, so my wife and i waited and just looked around at their displays. After about 10 minutes, this worker was still talking without saying anything to us, I mean at least he needed to say something like "I will be with you in a minute" or something. But he said nothing. Then, after another 5 minutes, he was still talking to the same lady. So i walked up to him and asked how long do we need to continue to wait, and he said "what do you want?" It is a little too rude as a Verizon employee. So we left.

Be warned-- this location is a Verizon "retailer" store. Very unhappy. Did not realize this nor did the representative ever mention this. You should be aware. Just learned promises and promotions were offered to me that Verizon will not offer since it came from a Retail store. I was promised no monthly charges for the promotion jet pack-- yet I am. Verizon said, no such promotion available through Verizon corporation. Promised this device would work international travel-- WRONG Tried working with several reps-- they said I must call Verizon. Very unhappy customer.

Great customer service experience, the set everything up for me, made sure I had all my info. Transferred to my new phone. They gave me $$ for my old phone and made sure all my personal information was deleted from my old phone. They provided me with the proper accessories for my new phone. Also it you dont live near, its worth the drive.

Go to a corporate store! Verizon wireless employees will tell you themselves that these 3rd party franchise stores are awful! They have different prices and different computer systems etc. Save yourself the time and go to a real Verizon store.
