I came in to ask a simple question and needed to wait for a bit as the sales people and manager were busy with other customers . It gave me the opportunity to listen in on their interaction. Mike, the manager of the store was so courteous and professional with an older couple that were confused about using their phone and their plan. I was impressed with the way he calmly, courteously and thoroughly answered their questions until they left with big smiles on their faces . Mike has been our go-to guy for several years as he knows his stuff and does a very impressive job. Couldnt recommend this store more!

Anytime I need anything I go here. My last 2 phones were bought here any everyone here is helpful. Sometimes a big unorganized, but always knowledgeable and helpful when purchasing a product and explaining the plan. But...make sure if they promise you something you get it, because you wont be able to later. They offered me a discount & some free stuff, but never got it because I had to wait 2 extra days for a phone I ordered and had to come back the next day.

Really great staff. They offer the same deals that Verizon corporate does, but they give you concierge service. They take the time to listen to your needs and fill them. They find ways to get you the best possible price, and usually throw in extras. Some accessories, like power cords, have a lifetime guarantee. Theyre very patient, and will teach you how to get the most out of your equipment. Ill never go anywhere else.

The technicians in this store are simply the best! They helped me set up my new Galaxy and shared some awesome tips on getting the most out of my phone. The manager also gave me $50 worth of Oculus content for FREE after I told him my Gear VR just arrived in the mail. I always leave this store in a great mood not only because the staff is friendly, but also really helpful in answering any questions I may have.
