Dont ever go to this store. They told me I was getting a "free" upgraded phone and that the accessories (a phone cover and the plastic protector) came with it free. Then come to find out on my bill TWO months after (THEY DONT PUT IT ON THE BILL UNTIL THEN SO YOU CANT RETURN ANYTHING) they really signed me up for making payments on a $600 phone. AND to add to the lies, they charged me over $50 for the case and another $50 for the plastic protectors and put THOSE on a payment plan too in the bill. Now I cant return the phone and can only get "trade-in value", which is hundreds of dollars less only after a month. The people who work at this store are crooks on comission. They will not only leave the truth, they BLATANTLY lie about the purchase. And you wont know it until your bill comes, because what you sign at the store is only to pay for the taxes. By then you cant get out because they bill it 2 months later and thats past the return date.

The staff have no idea what they are selling or what they are doing. When we went there to change our carrier, as T-mobile had a promotion, the sales person told us that T-mobile will take care of the old carrier and pay the termination fee. They got my almost new iphone6 in exchange of an iphone7, and told us that we were going to receive a credit for $650.00 in 6-8 weeks which we can use to pay off the phone. NONE of the above have been taken care of. When we called customer service, they apologized and told us that they are sorry as the store gave us wrong info. Duh! why are they paying people, taking all the costs and maintenance if the staff cannot take care of walk-in customers. I FEEL Sorry for myself for trusting people like you T-Mobile guys.

Took my mom in to get her an international sim card for her Europe trip. The employee gave us a $100/mo sim card that was "guaranteed to work in Europe". Guess what? My mom calls me through Viber in a few days while in Paris and explains that the sim doesnt work. I call this TMobile store and speak with the manager. She said her employee didnt know what he was doing and had to run a credit check on my mom before the sim would work. We run the credit check and guess what? It still doesnt work. Now Ive been calling the store every hour and theres no one to pick up. We were thinking of switching from ATT to TMobile, but now I wouldnt touch TMobile with a ten foot pole.

Their customer service is really not helpful. Its not the first time that we call the store and instead of being interested in helping us with our questions they make you understand that they cant do anything for you. And they dont help you with giving you another number or anything and just hang up like if they were talking to someone who is bothering them. Its not the first time that happen and I really dont feel served as a appreciated customer of theirs.

Friendly staff. Usually the wait isnt bad but occasionally youll be twittling your thumbs for several minutes. During my last visit the computer that the sales associate was using was lagging and the pages she printed for me could not be fully read because they were running low on ink.

Ive never signed up for cell service faster than I had with T-Mobile. I went in, got SIM cards for my phones, signed up for a plan, and walked out all within 20 minutes. It certainly helps that T-Mobiles signal is much stronger than Sprints in this area.

The staffs are so rude and they dont care what we have problem, and just keep saying come next time or tomorrow. They dont want to get any responsibility about problem so call at 611. It took month to solve the problem.
