My experience was WONDERFUL! I went into Metro PCS as a disgruntled and angry Cricket customer and left feeling very happy with my new phone & service plan. But most of all happy about the excellent customer service that I received from the Manager Fadi. He was personable , knowledgeable and made me feel like he genuinely wanted my business and wanted me to be a happy customer. It was Great! I highly suggest that all of you upset disgusted Cricket users go see Fadi at Metro PCS you wont regret it!
