I was buy phone there I sine the paper to get my phone, and then when are ready to go the store to bring my phone they said it Moore in store and they said they going to send to me to my house, but I never receive the in my home, funny thing it on the paper they give 14 day to reject the contract, but I never receive the phone so and then they said going to send again and all thats situation I loss the 14 day to reject the contract, finally I recipe twenty days after and when I try to activate the phone was broken from inside and running to different store see if they can help up but no body take the responsibility and know I need collection for junk phone they sale in century and Crenshaw at Inglewood

This was the worst experience I have ever had. Apparently because of the store location the majority of the customers have to be transfered to the Fraud Department to get approved. The fraud agent I spoke to named Tracy D. Wright was the most disrespectful non professional Rep I have ever encountered. This rep. blatantly accused me of fraud as soon as I said hello. This lady was evil. PLEASE do not go to this location. I truly feel sorry for the in store reps being under this type of pressure.

This location has very slow service and the payment machines are always broken. A simple transaction like paying a bill takes forever. The biggest problem is there are usually only 2 people helping customers and those customers always have issues with their bill or service so the wait times are always bad. Dont go here unless you want to waste time. I live in this area but AT&T has better stores in other areas.

The best AT&T store in Los Angeles, California. I own a Business and only go to the Inglewood AT&T for help with my Business Enterprise account. Very friendly staff. Management is knowledgeable and involved in helping customers. Bought 10 phones for my employees at a low rate. These guys actually try to save you money!
