Theres only one other real review here; Mary. Rest are made up... : to the management here: good try guys. Dont put up your own reviews that have just one contribution, clearly we can see through that. More about this store: Making payments is easy. But on the phone repairs they do here not worth it! And on top of all of this customer service is questionable... the people here are not adequate on customer service. The repairs are fake and not trustworthy. I have a 2 stars because payments are easy. I would encourage everyone to go somewhere else besides this place.

Came to this place to get some help seeing that after several calls to T-Mobile took me no where. My phone was purchased directly from Samsung and T-Mobile decided to lock my device anyway so I couldnt connect it with any other carrier. Rico is who assisted me. He is knowledgeable and provided excellent customer service which many places lack these days. My problem was fixed and I am a happy customer. I do recommend this place.
