I specifically give Sam a shoutout for all the work he did for me and even coming in after hours to finish up! This is literally the best customer service that I have ever received from any company. The people working here actually care about getting you what you need or want, although sometimes they do try to push things on you but it wasnt bad, and are very knowledgeable about what they do. On top of that, they are super friendly. Everyone here is great and I highly recommend this location!

Some guy who was the "store manager" named "Ash" told me that I wasnt available for an upgrade when I was and was going to charge be up to $400 for an iPhone 6s. Then he tried to talk me out of buying an iPhone and told me that I should buy a Samsung because it would only be $300. I went to the Verizon store by Costco in Torrance and they were so much nicer they helped me out and gave me an iPhone 6s Plus for under $200

Waited 45 minutes at 10:30 in the morning. One guy was working really hard to get people help but the other woman helping was having an hour long social visit with her friend even though there were several customers clearly waiting. Wait was going to be over an hour. Had to leave to go back to work. Poor guy needs some real help
