I have never had such poor customer service in my life. I went into the store to get my phone repaired. The technician David explained to me, most likely the battery or the charging port needs to be replaced. He also explained to me that he did not have the parts. If I decided to leave a deposit he can order the parts and itll arrive in 3 days. I agreed and left $40 and hell contact me as soon as the part arrived. 5 days has passed without contact so I called in to get status. They informed me that they still havent received the part and will contact me as soon as they get it. 10 days has passed without contact so I called in again. They pretty much said the same thing, so I asked them if they can track the package. The girl I was speaking to said she was unable to, only David can do it and hell be in at the store that day. I decided to go into the store later that afternoon and David was not there. Girl in front said David is on his lunch break and hell be in between 30 to 50 minutes. I decided to kill time inside Del Amo Mall for 50 minutes and wait for David to come back. After 50 minutes David has not returned so I asked the girl to please have David call me back. Another 5 days have passed without contact (That is a total of 15 days no contact). I called in again and they pretty much said the same thing. (Only David can help and hell be in today) At this point I started to get a little frustrated and once again I went into the store. This time David was finally there. David explained to me due to lunar new year all shipping has been delayed. I explained to him that I was fine with that but why hasnt he returned my call. His explanation was that it was impossible for him to, he had 1000s of customers he had to manage. Also sarcastically questioned "Should I give all my customers updates everyday?". Also he said, "I said I was going to call you when the part arrived and it didnt". At this point I asked what is the status of the part and can he track it. It appeared that he was attempting to, but he said the computer at where he was at is unable to access the eBAY system. (Are they really buying parts off of eBAY?) I simply asked for my $40 deposit back. He said he was unable to. One of the sales staff member pointed out that the owner of the store is here and maybe he can help out. I was relived that maybe I can speak with someone that is somewhat professional. To my disappointment James the owner comes with his defense up and says the shipping is out of his control. I told him it wasnt about that, I just didnt want to be quoted 3 days then 15 days pass without any sort of update. I dont even think he was trying to look at the situation from my side. Again, I asked for my $40 deposit back, James explained he is unable to honor that since he had to pay for the battery and charging port. I told him that the 2 parts do not total $40. James said also there is $20 labor charge hes adding on. I asked, "Labor for what?", and he replied it took David time to order the parts. (FROM EBAY) I was getting really tired of this situation and I ended up paying $40 for $20 dollars worth of parts. If I have received some sort of feeling that they wanted to help, I would have had no problem continuing my business. All I felt was 2 shady people David and James trying to nickel and dime their customers.

Ed did a fantastic job and runs a great business. He is very professional, polite, and fair. While fixing my 4s, he was methodical in testing its screen appearance and worked hard to make it work out. He was also constantly in touch about times and helped to set up convenient times for service work. I would recommend him to anyone for iPhone difficulties.

Fast, friendly, repair service. These guys are very helpful, I spent an hour with them just asking questions free of charge and they were so helpful. I brought my phone in a few months back to be fixed and they were great then too. Highly recommend.
