im logged in under my husband. my name is antoinette i came to this location to buy a gun i asked someone for help to fill out brady bill the worker said let me get the manager he comes back tells me hes right their so i walked over their and waited he kept talking to his employee and didnt ask me to wait or nothing he just left me standing their so i walked off the employee says did he help you i replied no i guess hes too busy or does not want to help me so he tells the manager again the manager again he finally gets with me, i let him know i forgot my id and my husband went for it he had already seemed bothered by me i asked him could i fill it out well were waiting he says nooope very rudly i asked why he tells me im not getting fired i told him you dont have to be rude to me. so my husband comes back puts my id down on the table for him he tells me do you have youre id when he clearly seen my husband put it infront of him i told him its right their and pointed at it at this point im already upset by his customer service skills he goes and does the brady bill comes back tells me fill this part out i told him is that fine he says i dont know is that what it says on youre id i said well yes ,i asked whos over you? he tells me mat i seen him walk in and explained this situation to him about his lower manager he didnt seem to care at all didnt say sorry for his lower managements actions .ill never buy a damn thing from this place ever again both these employees are very rude and dont think they need to be managers if they cant talk or treat their customers with respect ive never felt this way they made me feel like a criminal trying to buy a gun and honestly did not deserve my hard earned money. us as customers pay their checks goes for my job also no customers no jobs so hopefully this situation never happens with another customer also when he asked me to fill it out he didnt even want to let me use his pen like come on. sincery antoinette

This place is a real trip... the sales are good/constant and the staff is generally nice, but it is not consistent. Forget about any expert help with shoes. They have none. You are on your own. We went to Sports Basement and had a completely different experience, customer service wise. Bought an awesome pair of running shoes for a little over what we would have paid at Big5. Unless you know exactly what you need and can just go in and out of this place, I wouldnt put too much trust in their advice or knowledge about product.

Great spot to pick up almost any sports equipment you need. Although they dont have a huge inventory, they have a small quantity of almost any sports-related item you can think of. Also they almost always have athletic shorts and shirts at good sale prices near the back of the store.

Hard to find anything, store crammed full of product and merchandising is all over the place. The quality of the choices varies between junk and good brands. Just overwhelming and annoying to walk into. Employees dont seem happy to be working there the couple times Ive been in.

this is a small store. but they offer good deals on their weekly ad. they also have good stock base on the seasons, when i need soccer supplies for my kids I can always count on them. same thing for baseball & basketball. associates are nice and friendly

Fairly large warehouse store with a decent range of products on display. Usually pretty comprehensive stock of product range compared to other larger chains. Some areas are more organized than others. The feel of the place is very much stuck in the 80s.

Place is really quite, asked for a pair of boots in 10 and 10.5. The person gave me one pair in 10 and another different pair in 10.5. Employees could have a better attitude but the atmosphere of the store really kills it.

The store is small and has a lot of sporting products and may not appear nice to many people. But hiling, camping and hunting are never about neat or clean. The importance is price is good and affordable.

I even found some cool shoes here. More than good enough selection of sporting goods. Nice gun rack if youre into that sort of thing. I came here all the time for my baseball and soccer and football stuff.
