I love this brand! The customer service here is fantastic. Their stuff are pretty pricey, but theyre all very high-quality! Patagonia also offers lifetime guarantee. So if someday, many years from now, your nano puffer jacket gets a tear, you can just mail it to them, and theyll fix it for you for free! I also loved my experience here because there was this 30% off sale that made this jacket I wanted $160. But the lady at the register let us know that there was a %50 off sale that was going to happen a few days from now. We couldnt really return to the store for this sale since we had to leave town. BUT the lady ended up ringing my jacket up as $115 to our surprise. That was really great of her

I love Patagonia. I bought a down jacket about a year ago. Soon after I got it ripped a bit on my elbow. I went in the store to get it fixed. For some price of course. They told me that they can do it for free. It took only about a week to fix. Fast forward a few more months. This time, I got drunk at a bar and accidentally burned the back of my jacket and made a few holes. Again I went to the store expecting to pay for the fix. They told me again that theyd do it for free. God bless Patagonia. I love your product and the customer care even long after the purchase. I will come back for more over and over again.

Great products, great store, super friendly staff. Its location supports drop-in shopping if your vehicle of choice is a cruise ship but not much else, few lots for parking and one ways turn the last 3 blocks into a 30 minute hussle to park. Busses arent much help either if its morning or lunch or evening. They are closed after 7 and before 9 so night time or early weekend workarounds arent an option. I would love to see this store open earlier, later or closer to better parking.

Location is great if you are seeking mostly lifestyle type items such as "live simply" t-shirts, trucker hats, etc. They have some tech gear but not to the extent I was hoping for. As an example, I went in looking for a light weight running hat and was told they do not carry those but could order it. I went to Outdoor Research in SODO and was immediately shown exactly what I was after.

Great quality clothing and recreational equipment, but these prices are astronomical. They take recreation very seriously here and even offer courses on climbing and rope tying among others. The costs are super warm and light weight but ouch. The staff is also good if they think you will buy something but ignore you if just browsing.

Amazing products and customer service. I love my waders and was distraught when they grew leaks around a couple of the seams. Walked into Patagonia and they replaced them with a new set and made me a customer for life. Excellent staff and company. I wont buy outdoor wear anywhere else.

What a great store, well staffed with helpful people. Jen, who recently helped me find the coat I was looking for online, was great. If youre looking at Patagonia items online it is worth heading down to the store to see if theyve got it and to get their input.

Good selection of outdoor gear at a reasonable price. People seem to like North Face lately but Patagonia consistently puts out high quality products at a reasonable price and they stand behind their goods with a flexible warranty. Im a fan.

Helpful and friendly staff. I had come in with some Ginger Beer from the local Rachels Ginger Beer, and bought a backpack here. The employee at Patagonia nicely offered to bubble wrap the glass bottles to make sure they did not break.

I just learned all of the wool in their clothing (such as socks) is made from calf sheep that are brutally skinned alive. Specifically listed patagonia. I would love to go back their if theythey take wool out ofout of their store

Easy to find. Street parking or a pay lot half a block north. Helpful retail clerks. Patagonia guarantees its clothing. If it fails they will repair it or replace it. Great policy for great quality clothing.
