I would love to be able to give 0 stars. I have had a gift card for a refund for $10.47 for more than a year. I have tried to use it but their "system" is always "down". Today - the last straw - after standing in line I am told their system is "down" again ~ and that I need to call an 800 number (they can do absolutely NOTHING). I left the store - leaving it with them - and they have lost my business FOREVER. There are reasons people buy online now - and this is one of them. TERRIBLE!!

For as small as this Big 5 was(compared to the others Ive been to), they had a big variety of things. The people that asked if I needed help, knew what and how to help me. All my questions that i had asked, know matter how "off the wall" my question was, it was answered. The Manager was a cool dude(the one I dealt with). Customer Service on point.

Its a small Big 5 store. The floor layout is cramped and confusing. Sometimes its even difficult to find a store associate to help you find items. I only go here if it is necessary because I couldnt find what I needed at Dicks down the street.

Was so happy they had all of the snow gear that I needed so late in the season. Mid February. The store is small and there is merchandise everywhere, which makes it feel a little chaotic but I was happy they had what I needed.

I had a long wait in line. But dont really blame them they were understaffed and there were too many people returning stuff. Otherwise its a good little store the staff were nice and we cracked a few jokes around.

Terrible customer service! I called to check if they refill paintball canisters the lady that picked up the phone just said no and hung up the phone. Thats very rude....

Disorganized mess. Half the items are just dumped on the floor. The racks are in complete chaos and you have to climb over stuff on the floor to shop. No thanks.
