I tried to return an item and they said that there wasnt any factory defect. The 2 staff members I dealt with need to take classes on customer service, and improving their people skills. Rude and impersonal. The dude looked like Lurch and just grunted! I do not recommend buying there clothing. I have thrown several items away because of the materials or shrinkage. The meat grinder is low quality as well as my electric meat slicer. They wont take returns. Not going to waste my time here anymore.

Sunbird has so much stuff that walmurt doesnt carry. Lots of those hard to find bits you might need for home repair. Also tons of fishing, camping, hunting gear. Clothes they offer are durable farm and hunting apparel, somewhat more expensive than big box stores but you will have them a lot longer. If you need something, go to sunbird first before you go to any other store.

This has been one of my favorite store to go in Yelm since I was younger. Always have great prices on everything. The few times I went to Lowes because I didnt think Sunbirds would have what I needed, I go back and they not only have it but its a few bucks cheaper. Customer service is always amazing as well, and store is very well kept.

I love this local store! Instead of supporting Wal-Mart, I prefer to spend my money and support the local economy. Sunbird has a fabulous selection of Carhartt clothes, even in tall sizes. They have many other items, and a fabulous selection of snow boots, rain boots, and slippers.

The Yelm Sunbirds Hardware has been a staple to the region for many years. They are not as large as some of the big box stores, but there selection and pricing is very competitive. Staff are willing to help you with your shopping needs. This business is a great place to shop!
