I grew up with Krispy Kreme. Loved those warm doughnuts fresh off the rack...but this new store AAAGGGUUUUHHHH! The doughnuts were like day old. cold and almost stale. Even though they had 2 trays that said Raspberry, they kept telling us they were strawberry.....we took them anyway....they were actually nothing....they forgot to put the filling inside...we had a little red smear. After years and years of KK this store was the worse! No plans to go back. Then when I called several times to complain the mail box was full and no one would pick up.

Called to get information about the emoji donuts. Rae was a total B*tch explaining to me how they were special order, and the process behind ordering the special ingredients. Wanted these for my daughters birthday at school on Tuesday, apparently they have to be ordered a week in advance. That should be noted on the website. No biggie on the donuts, I can find something better. Just kinda pissed about the attitude I received from Rae. Ill take my business else where just for that.

Still the best darn donut out there. Especially when they are making them hot. But will last days and syllabus retains their light as air taste. This location does not carry out all types of donut so check with them first before driving out there.

They were serving some nonsensical "eclipse" donuts. They were "out" of regular glazed donuts, which makes very little sense to me. The eclipse ones were chocolate glazed, which was not what I wanted. Will not visit this branch again.

It was alright. They were quick, clean and helpful. There was a drive through. They had a large variety of donuts. I dont plan on returning though, nothing against this location I just think Krispy Kremes donuts are too sweet.

Great place love 2 awesome workers. LAUREN ROW and FORREST ARFFA. Forrest has always been very professional and very cordial to my girls and I everytime we visit. And lauren is such a sweet girl. Great employees working there!

Went there yesterday and I have to wait for a cashier so I can pay. I was like totally ignored. If it were not for my grandkids, I would have left. There were 7 people but none of them is a cashier. I have to wait for one.

Third time ordering a coffee, always get the wrong flavor, watered down coffee or diabetes in a cup. Black coffee is hard to get here too, not fresh or watered down.

This Krispy Kreme has a drive thru making quick stops convenient. It is also smaller then a few other Krispy Kremes Ive visited and its in a busy shopping center.

This is a much smaller store compares to the one in Azusa Ave. No drive thru, most staffs doesnt seem so friendly but very efficient.
