This place tells paying customers that they have to leave to smoke. The security moves you if you dont park in the right place. Many, many cars have been towed. But the homeless are allowed to sit at the tables and bother customers with there arguments, drug fits and cursing. The homeless have trashed up the hill and parking lot. The homeless arent asked to leave. The security guards sit and chill with the homeless. But the paying customers get has led for this and that. Wow.....

The original Phil location has a more laid back San Bernardino, CA from the old days feel to it. More like the college hangout coffee shop than the Tech biz casual the of the other locations.Enjoying jazz and the outdoor forest feel of the potted plants and painted trees.Antique looking tables and mismatched chairs feel well worn with a lot of character and history. For first timers, be sure to get in line at the far end of the bench to put your order in before paying.

Ive been here at least 30 times and they have made my drink right maybe 2 times. I dont get what is so hard about coffee steemed milk and sugar free vanilla. Not rocket science- just coffee...And then they give you a free drink to make up for the one they didnt get right only to still get it wrong. Very frustrating way to start the day!

Nice spot close to CSUSB nice staff and a good place to go get some coffee and use the WiFi. The only downside is that they have double sided mirrors in this Starbucks and many other ones that Ive been too. Not sure what management is up too but it looks like they are recording people in the bathrooms.

If I could give them a 0 I would, this Starbucks always messes up my order, never fails! I place a mobile order and wait a while to arrive and my order is never done and I still wait long, to top it off they always mess up my order! Manager needs to get on these damn employees! This Starbucks SUCKS!!!!

Although its a nice, spacious store with friendly staff, it was not the cleanest. The floors were dirty and in need of sweeping (if not a good mopping), the tables were covered in crumbs and the condiment bar was mostly empty and gross. If the place were clean, it would be great.

Bathroom was disgusting.....there was scum around the sink that look like it hadnt been cleaned for weeks...then there was scum and dirt on and in the toilet....didnt want to eat or drink cause if the bathroom is this dirty wasnt sure about the cleanness of the restaurant

Popular place to study for college students from the local university . My orders always come out extremely fast even though they are always crowded. I just wish that they had a drive through and a better parking lot for customers. Theres never parking

These guys are awesome! First time Ive ever had to take advantage of the bad drink policy, LOL! James remade my drink after i explained my situation and did it with a smile on his face! Thank you for being such a great customer service business.

So slow service and dont even get the orders right they dont call out your name when it is ready today was the second time that happened and out of recipe paper really starbucks they dont greet you why do these starbucks have to be horrible

Starbucks is my to go place. Although some are better than others. This particular one was just okay. The cashier left in the middle of my order, to talk to her co-worker. I didnt like that idea. All in all Starbucks is a good place.

A bit more of a wait here sometimes, with the college rush as classes let out, but the staff is friendly, orders are accurate & the drinks are good. Parking lot gets crazy with high traffic, but not really the stores fault.

Something clearly went down between June and July at this Starbucks because they now have security. The security is pretty rude...it was close to closing and I could buy a beverage but couldnt use their bathroom.

Workers are usually fast and are very friendly. There is a lot of space in this starbucks so its good for group and theres plenty of tables for people who want to study there.
