Theres usually plenty of seating inside. Having said that, the parking lot is painfully small. It might be easier and quicker just to park one or two blocks away and walk to this Starbucks. The drive-thru is typically fast enough to meet morning rush hour needs, but sometimes the parking lot is just too small to fit the line of cars. Service is good. Its always clean inside and the staff are friendly. Every drink I have ordered from this Starbucks location has been delicious.

Very slow service. I made a mobile order from 10 minutes away, and still waited 10 minutes to get my Teavana tea. No apologies, and worst of all, it wasnt even busy. I was made to feel like a nuisance. Fortunately, there are two other Starbucks within a mile from here, and they both have great service and quality. Always seem to be problems at this particular location.

The service is very poor & I get the same drink every morning & every time it tastes different. I constantly have to tell them to fill up the drink adding whipped cream shouldnt give me 3/4 of a drink. Other locations seem to get it right they dont. Today I was told just come into the cafe really that makes no sense. The drinks cost too much to be b hit & miss daily

Amazing! Truly fantastic coffee! Stopped in when I found myself in the neighborhood-Valencia St is way more cooler than when we lived here! They have two serving areas: general drip coffee & food & a barista area for chem ix, etc. I had a medium blend Central American cup and was wowed. My barista was friendly and knowledgeable and I left thrilled!

I waited here in the drive through for 30 minutes this morning and when i finally got to the window all the girl could say was their computers were down she couldnt even offer me a free cake pop or something this is b.s. i have to go to work and its a big inconvenience for me im very disappointed.! Bad customer service!!!

They just cant get any order right. You really have to try hard to mess up a black coffe! Ive finally gave up on this location. The extra 5 minutes drive to the next Starbucks is well worth it. Its disappointing, I saw their customer service improving. But its pointless if you dont drive off with what you ordered.

Always get my order correct, but they have a very small drive thru that can fill up quick and over flow to the street. Also theyre in a small parking lot with few spaces to share between all the businesses. Seems busiest when the school across the street lets out.

Poor layout. If cars are backed up in drive through no one can pull out because there is no room. Total gridlock. This has happened twice to be. Called twice fir three mins each before they picked up phone. Other Starbucks on Arlington is just as bad

All Starbucks are greaat but this one is ALWAYS too busy and the drive-thru wait it long. Theres a couple other Starbucks about 5 minutes away that are much less busy so why not try them to save a little time and get your coffee fix a bit faster?

In the heart of Arlington area. Excellent service. Monday- Friday around 3pm high school kids there very busy. You may want to go to Starbucks at Hardman center about 1/2 mile west. Otherwise they are very quick here and staff VERY friendly.

This place is crazy busy in the morning and has very little seating. The better bet is Kramers coffee in the Brockton Arcade. The prices are the same and the location is way better. Kramers does not have a drive through though.

This is my favorite Starbucks in Riverside. The staff is extremely friendly and they actually remember you when you are a repeat customer. They make you feel like family and their drinks are always perfect!!

Well there isnt much to tell, it is your typical starbucks. Only thing I dont like about this one is that it is right on a busy corner. So getting in and out can be a little crazy sometimes.

Good staff and coffee, bad location. Its a very tight parking lot, and the drive through line takes over the parking lot and street when its busy. Very limited seating inside.

Parking is bad during peak times so we usually do mobile orders and get in and out. They usually dont make mistakes. Its better to come to this location in non-peak hours.
