Very disappointed with service. I went through the drive through. I was going to order a chai tea and asked how they made it and they were not very happy to help. So I changed my order to a black tea soy latte unsweetened and the girl helping me could not understand my order so a young man got on there and firmly repeated my order. He got it right except the size. I mentioned to the girl that I didnt know why it was difficult and she said it was okay. She never told me how much the drink cost. I had given her two gift cards which she seemed annoyed about. I have my gold card but wanted to use up the gift cards. Ruined my day. I wont visit this location again. The people on the weekends in the morning are much nicer. But I still wont go back.

Extremely bad service. Ive had a few orders messed up here , this one finally motivated me to write a review. I ordered an earl grey tea latte sweetened. She handed me hot water with a tea bag in it. I asked her if she forgot the milk and the sweetener? She "remakes it" , I get back the same thing with a splash of milk, no sweetener. Wouldnt matter really but her attitude and the fact that it cost $4.45 ..,

I went yesterday morning, ane I ordered a Venti passion tea with lemonade. After I paid I went to sit down. I made a call that lasted 15 minutes. I went to ask what was going on with my order and why it was taking so long. It turns out that they never made it to begin with. During the 15 minutes one man was making another workers drink. I will never step foot in that Starbucks again. I was so disappointed.

Visited while in San Diego for work. Service was fast and friendly, they have both regular coffee tables and bar-style seating with plentiful electrical outlets. Outdoor seating, a drive through, and seating specifically set aside for disabled use (E.g. wheelchairs). Saw plenty of people with kids. Most of the people appear to be locals.

Great place to bring a laptop and get some work done. There is a long bar that runs the length of the space with seating on both sides and numerous electrical outlets. Many large windows along two of the walls allow in plenty of light. Each has its own shade in case it is too bright.

Prompt services with great drinks. The baristas dont burn the milk (like so many locations do for some reason) and get your order right. This is our staple location for coffee. And they have a drive thru if you dont want to go inside.

After visiting a few different Starbucks in the area, I found this one to be my favorite. Parking is a bit tough sometimes but thats pretty common in this area. Plenty of seating inside and super friendly staff.

Starbucks on Rosecrans is always very slow - both the drive thru line or the line inside the store. Parking is impossible. Better to go to Starbucks in Liberty Station.

the best Starbucks in SD. Air conditioner is always so powerful, so please make sure to wear something extra on you. Also parking is very tough especially in weekend.
