Being my closest Starbucks to my home, I may be a bit biased, but this is my favorite Starbucks. This locale is my "Starbucks " run, where I go on a 5-6 mile run with my dog Jojo (there are 2 dog parks 50 yards down from this Starbucks on Pierce St) and stop at this location on my way back home. This location used to be an old diner, so there are plenty of seating areas from tables to sofa chairs to barstool height tables and outside tables. It is one of the bigger Starbucks Ive been to. Good customer service and clean bathrooms and lots of electrical outlets. Only drawback is that it is in a fully occupied mini-mall and its challenging to find parking during peak hours. Across the street is the Riverwalk area that extends a good mile down Pierce St., where you can see the beautiful fountains of La Sierra University.

I ordered an iced grande london fog tea puppichino and water. They told me after i picked up my drinks that they dont do iced london fog. It tasted horrible. No sweetener. Im a sweet tooth and i never said to not add anything. The cashier didnt pay attention to me and got my order wrong i corrected him twice but since I had my dog waiting outside it didnt bother me much. Horrible service. Dog loved his heavy cream went crazy over it. Had to force myself to drink a hot drink in 90 degree heat. Thanks. Wasted money on a horrible drink.

Staff were very nice and service quick, but the parking is horrible. The Drive Thru line blocks the entrance and exit to the parking lot. People are waiting to get in AND out of the lot. I had to wait 15 minutes to make a left turn into the lot because of a back up at the drive thru. It seems like Starbucks doesnt always think through the drive through traffic flow because this is not the first store where I have encountered this issue (Whittier and Anaheim come to mind).

The pic is wrong they are not a little shop they have their own freestanding drivethru. Most of the people who go here are LSU students and business people who work nearby. The staff is very friendly here. They usually have a good eclectic mix of music here. In the rare case that they make mistake they dont complain when they have to fix it, and replace your item enthusiastically.

The inside is great and the service is really quick.... Not to much chit chat from the employees cause they are BUSY lol but the location.... This is what stinks a drive through in a very and I mean very small parking lot... The mornings are the worst, way too much traffic congestion for me. Not enough parking .... Location location location

One of the most spacious Starbucks Ive seen. Pretty good service. All my waits have been fast in the drive through and have always gotten my orders right; either I just never go through peak hours, or the previous guy who left a negative comment about the drive through just had really bad luck that day.

the staff at this location, no matter what te of the day are Always polite, and always have a positive attitude. Helpful with any questions that people ask of them. The store is gorgeous on the inside. Great for meeting up with an old friend or a new friend. Super for small business meetings as well.

Coming here all the times, either drive-thru or drop in the shop. If you are not satisfy with your drinks be sure to notify staffs and Starbucks will make it right. Cups and tumblers are very pricey. You are buying their brand, so expect to cough up some bills.

They gave me the wrong size and after telling her about her mistake she has the audacity to tell me that was the right size. I know my Starbucks cups. Not wanting to deal with her answering rude and incorrect. I just left.I just wanted ☕ not to be robbed.

Way too slow. The first time I went in there was only 2 people in line, after about 10 minutes I Walked out because they were too slow. Second time I stopped by there was no one in line but took almost 10 minutes to get 1 breakfast sandwich.

This Starbucks is simply awesome! Staff are really friendly and the environment is calming for study or business. Just make sure you get there early if you are planning on meeting a group or individual; it can be very busy at times!

Have experienced great drive-thru and walk-in service!! Great location, all aspects are head n shoulders above La Sierra and Indiana location. Service was organized, prompt and very friendly. Hope they keep it up!

Havent had any issues. They always make my machiato the way I like it. I drink it sweet with 14 total shots . Lol but they never get lazy and forget to make it the only way I can drink it and get my caffeine rush

They are usually pretty fast, but sometimes they try to take orders too fast and they give me the wrong drink. But this is a great location and the cafe has a nice ambience for working on your laptop.

This location has a drive thru how fun is that! This location is also huge and it has many many wall plugs great wifi and tons of students from La Sierra University.
