I remember how good this place was a few years ago so I decided to take my Grandparents. It was 4 of us total. There was no wait and a open booth that would fit 4 comfortably, the waitress said it was for 5 or more. I said no ones here though, and she had an attitude. They said what for the owner. I said can you get her so I can ask. They said no she will be out soon. After about 10 min of waiting I started getting frustrated and asked for the booth. They so no its the rules. I said isnt 4 people better then none because we are gonna leave if you dont work with us. Well two of the waitress had really bad attitudes and we also noticed since the last time I came there the prices almost doubled. Anyways we left before seeing the owner because of the poor customer service and how the owner hid in the back. That was the craziest part. Businesses like this wont last long treating 70 year old people like that. Also I called the restaurant to hopefully talk to the owner about the experience and the girl who answer the phone said the owner was still busy please call back later, lol. Worst customer service I ever experience at a restaurant, no wonder they can barely stay running. I am a real customer by the way these dolled up reviews dont seem very legit. I am sure they have big portion but they cost big and with customer service like that I will warn everyone not to go there.

Best breakfast in the IE. Absolutely agree with the other person that said get A pancake. Thats all youll need, lol. Hot links and the bacon and green chili omlette are where its at for this guy. Thomas must have last been there in 1991, because although the prices have went up, its not that dramatic and has been years ago since a significant increase. If you want Dennys prices and quality, theres an ihop across the street. Then again, its not even really any cheaper...just a newer building and crappy food, lol. And Ill bet you came in with an attitude. You have to remember, this isnt ihop. Youre in their world. You come in with an attitude, you may get it right back. The ladies in there are the nicest and friendliest wait staff Ive ever encountered. They know my brother by name, and he lives 40 minutes away and never goes anymore. I go a couple times a year, Im sure they dont remember my name or who Im related to, but they always greet me with a familiar smile and a "how you been?". A+ for food and service. Cant say enough good things about this place.

I started coming to RedHill Coffee Shop since 1987. They have always produced such a hearty breakfast. My favorite is there Corned beef hash and eggs, with bicuits-n-gravy. Coffee is always fresh and the staff is always quick on the refills. It has a friendly atmosphere, kinda like "Cheers" where everybody knows your name. In other reviews they mention a long wait, but its well worth it. Weekends you will typically wait 10 to 20 minutes for a table, get there early and beat the rush. RedHill is 10 times better than Ihop. On some occations, you can listen to some soothing live music from a single pianist, helps the digestion. I recommend you try RedHill Coffee Shop, experience a Fontana landmark!

Have been wanting to try Red Hill but after our first visit we were not impressed at all. The food was bland, yes large portions but lacking high quality taste. I ordered the meat lovers omelette and there were itsy bitsy pieces of meat randomly scattered in my omelette. The huge portion was just plain scrambled eggs. I hash browns and have never eaten bad ones but these def were not tasty at all. I wouldve given it a one star but it earned two bc of our server. Secondly, the restrooms our outside and not clean at all. Unfortunately will not be returning which is very sad bc we love supporting our local businesses and consider ourselves Diner Enthusiast.

Really love the friendly small town atmosphere. Huge portions Delicious breakfast. This is a family owned business that has been around for over 35 years. They have another location in Rancho Cucamonga. There is always a wait on weekends because the place is so well liked. They only accept cash - so be prepared. Their specialties are the Pancake Sandwich - 2 pancakes with an egg cooked to order and bacon or sausage. Chocolate Chip Pancakes - tip - share these with someone. The order comes with 2 and they are huge! Also great is the breakfast burrito with bacon or sausage. Next time I will have the corned beef hash.

I used to live in Ca, and would go here every weekend it is the best breakfast you will ever eat, in my opinion. Theyre always great and its your like youre family! the service is always great and super fast there is always a wait on the weekends so get there early! I would recommend the omelet any omelet! it is very cheap for the quality and the HUGE portions, trust me! I can only finish half my omelet every time! I now live in AZ, and my husband and I one morning decided to drive the 4 hours just to eat there it is very worth it you wont be disappointed !

Ive been coming here for years but wont come back any more. Its no longer outdated but still has a old fashion look to it. Food is okay and portions are a good size not as big as it used to be. I think the price has gone up. Came here with the wife and we paid $30.56 for 2 meals and 2 drinks. We got our bill along with our food and now I feel rushed. My waiter is very rude. He tryed to walk a way before I could order a drink. Service has really gone down hill and that sucks I used to love this place. Lemon in my tea was not even fresh.

The food is so bland, the breakfast burrito had no flavor and the French toast tasted of only egg and no cinnamon or sugar and pancakes were simply dull in taste. The only decent thing I tried were the biscuits and gravy but even that was on the salty side. The price isnt worth the low quality food youre getting, its just too high in that aspect. I also didnt like the extra charge to share a plate with someone, even if you didnt specify you were sharing to the waiter.

We waited 50+ minutes for our food because they were working on a huge to-go order. They explained that they "were trying to figure out how to handle it." You multitask, thats how you handle it. You dont put one order ahead of every single dine-in order. Not a single table had food on it for the majority of that hour. Very disappointed and we probably will not be back.
