I have been a loyal Coffee Bean customer of Elsinore for years and spend a lot of time inside. I am always greeted and enjoy my experience. BUT this morning I was running late to work and there was an unusually long line for the register. I decided to skip out on my coffee, use the restroom real quick and leave. I noticed a new code on the restroom door and asked the staff if I could please get the code. They said it was printed on the bottom of the receipt. Well I didnt have a receipt and they told me "sorry, its for customers only". I was pissed! Just because I didnt buy something today means I cant use your restroom when i spend a lot of money here and dont even use your restroom most of the time!? Im in there often enough that they should recognize me, which in my opinion, makes this situation even worse. I understand its to keep the hobos from taking advantage of the restroom, but they should have noticed I am a customer even if they didnt recognize me personally. That is terrible customer service! Way to go Elsinore coffee bean.

The only place to get coffee or tea in Lake Elsinore, there are no good hole in the wall places and starbucks tastes like ass, but CBTL is the best damn coffee shop I have ever step foot in. I have ordered at random and never been disappointed and the staff are amazing, friendly, personable, and kind. it really is a step above your regular starbucks. but iff you enjoy starbucks and know all your drink orders by heart please stay away, I dont want your snobbyness annoying everyone.

Sucks! My first time there and they messed up my order not only that but the barristas kept talking to eachother and not attending me. I asked for a large and got a small she then poured it into a large cup but not giving me everything that was in the small cup. Starbucks is much better and cheaper

The staff here is great! One of my favorite locations, when you enter there is a very welcoming vibe. Truly unique location it is the same as all the others but something about this place relaxes you, the staff is like no other. Sounds crazy but true should check it out for yourself.

The staff are always super friendly when I have been in, and that makes it feel more like a local coffee shop than a chain. They know their customers. The coffee is the best in the local area. Love sipping on a cold brew coffee that isnt bitter and burned tasting!

The young man working filled my entire cup with ice for a sweet tea. When I asked for less ice and more tea he gave me an attitude about it. After all the drinks is $4.59. Im not paying almost $5 for a cup of ice. Wont be back to this location.

The ice-blendeds are the best on a cold day. Starbucks cannot hold a candle to their cold drinks. This location has a tricky parking lot, and no drive thru.
