When you first walk in, you can see a donut conveyor with tons of donuts. Its kinda cool. Good selection of donuts. Its hard to decide. Hubby and I both got one of the Reeses Donuts. It did not disappoint. Very tasty, the peanut butter was not overpowering. It was pretty creamy inside, and very generous on the fillings. I also got one of the chocolate eclairs. It was pretty good. Extremely sweet, I could not even finish it. Hubby got the strawberry cream filled. There was about a speck of strawberry inside. Quite disappointed with that one. We also got Frappuccino blended type drinks. I got the white chocolate with some coffee in it. It was awful. It tasted like chemicals. Hubby got the mocha one. It was okay. But they handed them to us, no labels, and they dont tell you which is which, we had to go back to ask. They also have a new Rewards program on an app you download on your phone. They dont even ask you about it until after you paid. Which by then of course its too late to put this transaction on to it. Oh well maybe next time. They are not friendly at all in this location. Theyre just trying to herd the masses out as fast as possible. I get that theyre extremely busy around the clock, but customer service goes a long way. You basically have to bust your own table if its dirty, not once did I see anybody come out and clean tables, even though the turnaround is quick and plentiful. This location could do with some training.

I like this place and I like their product, but dont eat too many donuts or youll feel like hurling! KK had its fanatical days when everyone in the office was ranting and raving about their donuts and every once in a while someone would splurge and bring some in for everyone to share. Yeah, that lasted a couple of months. Now were just stuck with overpriced donuts that seem to be so rich-tasting you can only eat one. Obviously, the fresh KK donuts taste the best. If you choose to purchase some of their non-simple "glazed" donuts and opt for something a little more out of the ordinary, like chocolate for example, expect that your donut has been sitting there for a while and is now a hard crust that youll need to warm up in the microwave (as recommended on the box) to get it back to the KK style weve all come to know and love as "fresh." Enjoy!

What donuts we had were great but there we were out if several different type of donuts we wanted. We had to wait to verify they had them, then had to choose something else like 3 or 4 different times so drive thru line got backed up. I had an iced coffee & they gladly added caramel for me to make it better but there was a line of about 15-20 people. Kind of then understood they were extremely busy drive thru & walk up. Weve been here several times but this Saturday seemed off. Only one cashier but Associates were nice & hustling!

I really love this place because they donate doughnuts every morning,to the church of Agape Love (Amor Agape ) that then brings them to San Bernardino and hands them out to the public every day, 7 days a week & Monday thru Friday they also provide breakfast to the public. On the corner of D st & Magnolia , Thank you Krispy Kreems & Thank you Pastors David & Patricia Sylvia but most importantly Thank you Lord for allowing me to be of service. I give you all the praise and all the glory in JESUS NAME AMEN.

Great place and location. Located minutes away from everything. Theyre always nice and friendly and the product they put out is always fresh. A must when going to the mall, the movies or driving by on the 15 or 10 freeway. Only reason it loses 1 star is because there hasnt been a time where the line isnt out the door. The multiple times Ive visited the wait time is always between 15 to 30 mins. Besides that it is a great place.

The donuts are good, not the greatest.. But the literal 20 person line was ridiculous. It was chaotic, very hot and stuffy inside. Ive been many times and its usually not like this, but it was enough to ding it. The store was dirty, the employees were so rushed they had terrible attitudes and like I said, the donuts are good, not great. And they were out of a few flavors, so just an ok experience.

Hot-ish donuts. Okay the claim to fame is the original glazed donut... When its hot. If I dont see the sign I wont bother. However even getting them hot doesnt last long (good luck on a trip home). Consume them there is the best idea. Also if you go to get a variety dozen watch out for the special items that arent included as they can add up fast and get ridiculous.

Pirate day. Who wouldnt want to be a donut pirate and with such a great selection from delicate blueberry and lemon cream and glazed donuts to fill up on, KrispyKreme has got to be sailing everybodys seas or more like vice versa. Round it all off with some tasty coffee beverages for me please. Great customer service.. a must try for anyone who hasnt been.

What can say besides..."Hot Doughnuts Now!" 1 Doz original glazed hot off the press! Incredible as always. dont worry about the unreal looking long lines inside and drive thru its moves very fast, & theres obviously a reason that last person is waiting anyways trust me its worth it!

I placed a large order for an early morning office meeting and it could not have been easier. I called in a few days before the meeting to confirm all the details. The donuts were ready exactly when they said theyd be. Great service from the only Krispy Kreme in the area.

watching them grab my order as there construction people where scraping drywall plaster and watching the dust float everywhere and even asked them if they had some sort of separation from the cooking area being told no by a very rude manager, will never eat there again.

Love the doughnuts here, great selection. They dont always have the doughnut machine running, which is a bummer for my kids. The drive through line gets really long and can take a while. The customer service is spotty but usually leans towards the more friendly.

Krispy Kreme is a franchise donut that is variety of donuts. Their glazed original donut is my favorite since is not too sweet and has a nice soft texture that I live. Their occasion has promoting and has season style donut especially during Halloween timeframe.

How can you say anything bad about Krispy Kreme. This location like many others are very popular. If you go inside when theyre making hot donuts you have quite a great view of how the donuts are made. The drive-thru is pretty quick and I have nice strong coffee.

Very clean setup and you can see the whole process of glazed donuts from start to finish. They have a variety of other donuts too. They also have a drive through here for those rainy days. A bit too sweet for my taste, but once in a while is ok.

I have come here multiple times from trips in Orange County and south, even from SD. Also did a Boy Scout fundraiser with KK, and we raised over $1200. p.s. we always got the double dozen combo -- 1 dozen plain, 1 dozen create your own for $18.
