unquestionably absolutely one of the worst customer service experiences i have ever had in my life. i have been in and out or retail merchandising for over 30 years and this was like the opposite of everything i was ever taught about customer service. after paying them in good faith they proceeded to call me and tell me i couldnt have the color i wanted, they PROMISED but would have to settle for the color of the floor model. then they didnt deliver it. in the last hour i decided to cancel the order and they tried to make me feel like i was a bad customer for not honoring the deal. i will monitor my credit closely, but the the way they all treated me, from their strong arm delivery guy to, their weasly manager or their flippant receptionist, they do not understand that immigrant rights do not extend to capitalist enterprise. i am reasonably sure that if i were mexican, asian, or black they would have treated me with the respect i deserve as a customer, but since i am an older white man they put me in my place as their customer, which left me with no choice but to cancel my order with them. do not go here if you are a white man. they will treat you with equal disrespect.

I went in to ask about a mattress price quoted on the window. (199.00) Queen mattress/box spring Hannah took me right to this mattress and I must admit I was surprised. I was expecting a 2 -5 inch mattress but found a really decent mattress for a great price. I didnt buy this mattress, I actually bought one that was more comfortable and had a ten year warranty, and surprisingly was only 150 $ more. I was so happy about the mattress deal I ended up getting a dining table for an additional unbelievable price. Hannah was great, no pressure, knowledgable and able to offer me a few additional discounts! Glad I had some cash! My purchases were delivered and set up that day for..........wait for it.........no additional charge! The young men that delivered the table and mattress were Terriffic. Very friendly, and fast! These are hard workers that really get a workout! ( slip them a five or 10 if you have it! I would recommend this place to family and friends. Im going back today for rugs! Cindy

First off I want to start by saying I am a very particular person when it comes to almost everything. My experience with One Stop Furniture hands down has been incredible! Hannah is who helped me through my entire roller coaster process. She is patient, caring, gives great deals,delivers what she promises and is knowledgeable of her products! I will definitely do business at One Stop Furniture once we purchase our home.

We got a couch and chair from them. Both are complete junk. The legs of the couch kick up and they were completely broken and misshaped after less than a year. Even though their stuff is affordable and they were good about letting us go over our payment time I would not reccomend spending any amount of money on their products.

The greetings is very friendly and politely atmosphere and is filled with warmth. Me myself would recommend anyone to get their furniture from this funiture store and they work with you even if you have bad credit, thats if you choose financing. My ratings are 5 stars and more.
