I truly wish that you would allow 0 stars. I was lied to 2 times by 2 different women at the Elk Grove store today. I had a problem with my delivery and was supposed to get a call back as soon as their "system" was back up. Never heard from her. I still dont believe this, but they have their furniture delivered from LOS ANGELES. Because of that, they refused to put "protection" on my chair and make a later delivery. I am a very disabled 65 year old. My son was going to scotch guard the chair and later carry it upstairs for me. First I was told they could do this. Later, when I called back (because of the unreturned call) I was told the chair was on the truck and I would have it delivered whether I liked it or not. I now have to hire someone to do the scotch guarding and return after it dries to carry it upstairs. My chair on sale now will cost over $200 more. Never La-Z-Boy again.

I applaud your employee, Arlene, that went above and beyond the usual customer service. I was coming from out of town to order a couch from your Lazyboy store in Elk Grove. I got lost on the way and Arlene not only got me there timely but never let on that it was an imposition. She was pleasant and understanding of my directional challenges. I was unfamiliar with the area and felt so at ease with Arlene’s help. She gave me complete street by street directions. I wanted to take a moment to let the company know that Arlene is a valuable employee and someone I would look forward to working with again. All our couches and recliners are La-Z-Boys. Purchased a new couch and recliner. Set delivery for our new house. Verified the day before delivery the address was correct and everything was set. They tried delivering the furniture to not only the wrong house but the wrong city all together. They never called to say hey we screwed up. I called them and was told "yes, when I set the order it populated the wrong address and I just didnt pay attention." So I went to reschedule delivery and was told I would have to work around Lazy Boys schedule and they would only deliver to me on a Thursday no exceptions. I will challenge the charge as services not rendered and post on every site I can.

This is the worse furniture I ever purchased. -Delivery date promise failed, it was delivered 2 months later than promised. -Quality OMG. Filed Warranty claim after one month of use. -Warranty department did do its job, took about 2 months to process the claim and I still do not have replacement, but delivery is scheduled. -Had to downgrade the product and waited for refund. Elk Grove store send me to warranty department, warranty department send me to Elk Grove store and so on. Store manager is not available to talk nor knows what is going on. Email was send to her twice, but she does not read it. -Worse experience and worse product.

Got 2 leather couches and 2 end tables. Dont bother with the loss leaders couches. The nicer Leather Couches can come with memory foam included. The Kincaid end tables are solid and beautiful. I did not bite on the first trip there, but when the local mailer had a 20% off the whole store coupon, I had to pull the trigger. Make sure the price is right and keep an eye out for discounts before you buy.

Walked in today to look at chairs and was ignored. Had one staff person come over and ask if we had been in the store before. I answered that we had several years ago and she simply turned and walked away. The rest of the staff ignored us. I will never come back here!
