RC willey is not that good but my five star is giving their sales associate Tom. Weve had an issue with RC Willeys years ago. They delivered wrong items and charged us twice on our credit during th exchange. And they wouldnt refund us after we paid off everything for the piece we bought. We have to go to BBB and all government agencies to file complaint to get our money back after multiple fail communication with the store directly. This year we bought more items. I was told there will be email and phone call to inform me delivery windows and a 30-min ahead of time call. But I got nothing the day before. On the day of delivery, around 7:30am, I get a call says it is RC Willeys and asks me if I am on **** Gibson dr. I said sorry wrong number but I should also be on your deliver list. I am at ****. He said: oh yes sorry wrong number. So since this is the time I hear from them about the delivery, I asked: so may I know when you guys will deliver my stuff? He said: half an hour! What !!!??? I dont live there and I am still in bed! And I only this 1 half an hour notification! I asked if he can give me an hour? He said no. If he is there and the house is vacant he will just leave and I can certainly reschedule. But I need those stuff this day!!! I said no, you must wait for me. I will run over but I cant make it in half an hour. He said: well it is not my fault! Ok, so RC Willeys, you are saying it is MY FAULT??!!! I jump out of the bed, put on my cloths and run out of the door. When I finally get off th high way, I get another call stating they are already there. I begged them to stay there wait for me for 5 mins that I am almost there. Glad they waited. I met them....without brushing my teeth take my shower....I just get out of the bed and drive because they only give me half an hour notice and thats it! So I met them, they did a horrible job assembling the table. Left it uneven and huge gap in between the leaf. They also missing 2 pieces says not on their list. Later that day, my sales rep Tom found out the missing 2 pieces was on a different truck and went our old old house (weve sold that house and they didnt change th delivery address for that two pieces). During this time, our sales rep Tom did a great job communicate and coordinate each parties and at the end, we were able to receive the missing piece (although we bought 2 and they told us one is broken so they can only give us one....ok, I accept)....and the second crew who came give us the missing piece are very nice. They helped finish the job the first crew couldnt complete: level the table and fix the gap between the leaf. And after all done Tom called me again and asks me how is everything going and apologize for what have happened. I appreciate his attitude, follow up efforts! He is different as other "stick on your ass" sales person. He is very polite, leave you privacy and space and show up when you need. He is awesome. I wish all the sales person in those furniture....please improve your sales skill/art. If your behave like a fly over a piece of meat, you probably wont get the sales, at least not from me.....I will throw the business to anyone who leaves me alone!!! Buy from Tom, you know even thif store messed up, he will help you get things right at the end:-)

My husband and I went in to purchase a sectional. Found one we love, but had to order it. the saleswoman (mari ann newcomb) told us it would be at our house in 7 days and she sold us an ottoman that would "match perfectly with our new sectional" In the meantime, we sold our current couches to make room for our new ones. On the 8th day we had to call her and ask for a status-- she said they would set up a delivery on Sat. She called Saturday to tell us they were delivered to THE STORE and we had to make a delivery to our house Tuesday and one piece of the sectional would be delivered Thursday because of still unknown reasons. We had nothing to sit on for over a week. 14 days after we paid a lot of $ for a sectional, only two pieces arrived WITH A STAIN AND A CRACK IN THE LEG at my house and a VERY mismatched ottoman. How do NEW COUCHES have a STAIN and a CRACK?! I returned the ottoman that day, told cs about the crack and stain, and checked on the status of our 3rd piece to arrive Thursday, and the customer service rep was puzzled when I mentioned Mari Ann told me that it would be delivered Thursday. Wednesday evening I called to check the status of it again, and the cs rep said it had been delivered and ready for pickup. PICKUP. If I wanted it delivered she couldnt make an appt til Friday. I should be refunded my delivery, but rc willey wont do that. I had to go pick up the piece myself with three babies in the car, screaming, and I had to leave the back open 2 feet because of course it wouldnt fit all the way in with three car seats in the back seat. My husband calls Mari Ann to give her a chance to make things right, and begrudgingly "gifts" us a $100 gift card for our trouble from customer service. 7 days later my husband and I browse the clearance section to spend our gift card, and we see our same exact couch there for $200 less than what we paid (without a stain or a crack) so we exchanged the ones we got for those with the salesman (David Lowe) promising us that we would get a refund on our delivery. After my husband calling a manager to get our refund because we were promised one, he basically told my husband to kick rocks no refund. So we paid $109 for delivery for half of a couch with a stain and cracked leg, and exchanging them for the same thing with no crack or stain. Terrible customer service. Mis leading sales people just to make a quick $1 from people who will never ever buy from RC Willey again. I will give where credit is due-- your delivery guys are fantastic, they should make more than your misleading sales people. ***********UPDATE*********** a super nice lady (I already have forgotten her name, but thank you so much!) called and refunded our double delivery fee. Thank you for being so kind on the phone, and explaining the issues. We respect and appreciate honesty.

If I could review it with just half a star I would. Went there to buy a mattress I saw online. Was only greeted by a single gentleman at the front door. Walked around the whole store until I found the mattress ,which was in the clearance area. There were some employees just standing around talking to each other not acknowledging me. So I went to the cashier and told her I wanted to buy a mattress in the clearance area. She said she will call over a sales person so they can write it up. Finally the sales lady arrived. She was not friendly at all. She said to me you want a mattress in clearance and seemed very annoyed that she was helping me. She walked quickly to the area not waiting for me or my 2 year old daughter to catch up. I yelled across the store the location of the mattress. I said it was under the bunk bed. So she got the inventory number and was walking away from me while asking me my name and address. Not stopping to turn around and speak to me face to face . So again I wasnt able to keep up with her because my child was slower, I was yelling my address across the room to her. So I finally made it to the computer where she was and she handed me the order slip. I looked it over and said no I wanted the queen size mattress. She looked at me in disgust and sighed then changed the order slip. I walked away back to the cashier who was the only nice and friendly person there. Then I went to the wearhouse to pick up my mattress. The people that were there were friendly, but once I bought the mattress it was now my problem not theirs on how I was gonna load it. No one help me roll up the mattress to fit in my car. There was another customer who did. So this place is absolutely awful with no customer service skills. Maybe it was because I was a young customer and they didnt think I had any money. But I did buy something there and I regret that I did. Never buy anything from here unless you walk in looking like a million bucks and you have it delivered at your house.
