The delivery of the furniture are sad and disappointing the reason I said it because I paid a good price for the sofa and love seat but unfortunately not good it was custom made. I am willing to wait for what certain weeks they promise yes I did call a little bit early just to make sure I have enough time to get rid of our old furniture. And looks like they hurried to finish it and get deliver the soonest but the thing disappoint me is the day of delivery the sofa was not sewed in good way not exaggerating and the tread sticking 3 inches out we have to cut it, I dont know about the metal connection because I cant see we dont know how long it will last. they promise to deliver at 2 PM and I agreed and then it change to the earliest time I wasnt home I was at work, come home later happy to have the sofa and love seat but sad to see things that is not right imagine just got deliver and its happen the sewing not good. I was upset I said to my self are this furniture are worth of my money for that I work hard and save it so I can buy the decent sofa and love seat that I want. The next day I called customer service to express my disappointment and later she understand me and she request to send someone to fixed it. I am happy to hear it, anyway the delivery people are nice and professional thats the good side so I didnt call right away but for my own sake we are the one who will seats this, so I voice out my concern that need to be address that BEFORE THEY DELIVER ANY OF THERE FURNITURE SPECIALLY COSTUM MADE HAS TO BE INSPECTED THROUGHLY, SO THERE ARE NO SAD, DISSAPPOINTED COSTUMER.. its time consuming and effort to be wasted...

I SAVED and WORKED HARD to buy 2 Recliners....We sit on these chairs ONE week out of a MONTH....1 1/2 year later WE ARE SOOO UNSATISFIED WITH PADDING,MECHANICS,QUALITY ..OF WHAT IS SUPPOSED O BE A QUALITY PRODUCT. I guess thats why they only give you 3 days to return product....
