I bought a couch on July 22nd and it came almost 4 weeks later. When the Sectional arrived it was not only the wrong color but they had the wrong piece to make it a complete sectional. The delivery people called the store manager (mickey) to let him know and he said take the couches back. I went back to the store and spoke with the manager. When I went in the store and spoke with mickey, I find out the couch that I wanted in the color I wanted really didnt come together but I understood and had no problem picking another couch as my sales rep was new and only had been with the company for 4 days. It was went smooth and quick to pick out a new couch in tbe coloe i wanted. and I even took a cushion from the couch in the store outside in the sunlight to see the actual color. 3 weeks later my couch arrives, they set it and the last piece which qas the love seat once again was the wrong piece. I had ordered a right facing loveseat and they had sent a left facing loveseat the delivery guy calls the store manager and checks to see if they have any in the warehouse and of course they dont. so now I have to wait another 2 weeks for my couch to be complete. After the delivery people left I call and speak to a manager named Sunny. who off the top was extremely rude and short with me telling me that the couch that I had ordered and the way I had ordered it was the way I showed them. I told him my invoice was correct but the pieces didnt match the invoice. there is no possible way no matter where you took the sectional that you could put it together. I asked him for the inconvenience what were they going to do to compensate me and he told me that they would credit me $49 for the delivery fee. I laughed and said its not my fault that you Will have made 3 deliveries by the time I get my complete couch. He then asked me what would I like for this inconvenience and I told him that I have noticed that this couch comes with a single armless chair and I would like another single armless chair. he told me that the chair was $249 that for the inconvenience they credit their customers a $100. So I told him will you guys have messed up twice so that would be $200 & you already owe me a $110 for the price difference from the 1st qhuch i have yet to recieve my criedit from 3 qeeks ago. I got frustrated with Sunny and decided that I wouldnt speak to him no longer and I would wait till Mikey the other manager was back on from lunch. So I asked him to have Mikey give me a call. Mikey never gave me a call on Friday here it is Monday at 3pm and I have called twice for him. I get Sunny on the phone every time I call and he says mickey is busy. for some reason they will not let me speak to mickey so I guess I have to go in the store. This has been a horrible experience and I will never ever purchase from this place again. Sunny Is a disrespectful and professional manager. I have not only had an issue with a sales rep but a manager and the warehouse all 3 sources cannot get my couche correct. this is not an issue on my end this is an issue on their end and they need to take full responsibility for this. when I asked for them to give me a armless chair it should have not been an issue as they owe me $300 in which I would still need a credit of $50 but Im asking for any money i just want a armless chair. Seems like a simple Solution on their end for all the inconveniences Ive had on my end O and to top it off when I waited for my couch the 2nd time I was without a couch in my home for 3 weeks.

Worst experience dealing with a customer service based company in my life. Sales person lied to me to gain my business. Told us we would have 2-3 weeks for the couch to be delivered, and that he would be putting a "rush order" on it so that we could have it by the time our grandparents visited. We made the purchase on 12-30-12 from the saleman Mirbek. I called on 1-10-12 to inquire the status of the couch. I talked to the receptionist cause my wife couldnt understand what he was saying. After giving our account info to him, he told us he would call us right back with the information. 2 mins later we received the call and he told us only what we already knew. That we order the couch on 12-30-12, the Salesman was Mirbek, and that we hadnt received the order yet. I repeated that i wanted an update on when the couches were going to arriving because its been 12 days since we ordered them. You know... 12 days is close to 14 days which equals 2 weeks, thus we are almost within the time frame allotted for the couches to arrive. He told me he was going to call me right back again. Before i could get his attention he HUNG UP ON ME! I decided to wait until he called me back. Apparently "right back" means not at all. I called back 45mins after he hung up on me. First thing he said was that the couches will be there 2-4 weeks from the day that we purchased them. Wait what? I was told, and have it on paper that it was going to be 2-3 weeks with a rush order. How did it change to 2-4 weeks? I was frustrated and asked for a manager. He told me that the manager was busy with a guest and will call me back. No... last time you said you would call me back you never did. Get the manager now. The "manager" Mike came on and after I filled him in on the situation his only response was. Oh. Sorry. Mirbek is new. Mirbek has been there for over 3 years. Now Im being lied to by the "manager". Mike did nothing to appease the wrongs that his company had committed and the only reason we didnt cancel the sell was because my wifes heart was set on the couch. If you are reading this and you already know about the terrible service Im referring to, Im sorry. If you are reading this to see if you should do business with them.. DONT You will never know what is truth and what isnt until its too late. WORST SERVICE EVER

The man who helped us look at furniture yesterday on 4/19 was nice enough. He was not pushy or anything in the beginning. That is why I gave more than just one star. My husband and I picked out a couch set for $1,100 for which we had $200 down and wanted to do the no interest deal to pay off the rest. I have a good credit score and recently purchased a 2015 vehicle and am pre-approved to buy a house. The man ran my application and came back to tell me I was denied. I dont know how that could even be possible. Then he tells me he ran it through a bank in Canada. What?! Why wouldnt he tell me he was financing me through somewhere outside the US? Something to do with the currency exchange Im sure and to be honest seems pretty fishy to me. So then he tells me he can run it through a US based company and I will be approved for sure. Assuring me I was only a few points away from approval in Canada. (btw quite embarassing to happen in front of the other shoppers) At this point I already have a new inquiry on my credit which will affect my credit score and now nothing to show for it. I declined and we left rather puzzled as to what just happened. As I said my credit is not perfect but much better than most. I will look into this issue further since I feel like some pretty big mistakes were made in this store yesterday. Next time my husband is on prevailing wage which is soon we will just take our money elsewhere and buy something with cash. Lesson learned.
