Not sure what more to say other than the product itself is pretty good but the presentation on the sales floor was just sort of used car salesman like and delivery even worse. They sent two people to deliver a full size bed where in at no time did two people actually handle any part of the bed at the same time. The result was a delivery person carrying a mattress twice their size through my home bouncing off walls until bursting through a door slamming it into the wall behind. Even with a wall damage restriction mounted on the door managed to hit it hard enough to damage the restrictor, the frame of the door and the wall behind. Noted the event in the documentation I signed on delivery and havent heard a single word from Sleep Train. And to think, I actually paid for this!

Went in looking for a mattress after Labor Day after seeing the Labor Day specials of other stores on TV. While I did not get the bottom price I saw on TV, and the sales clerk did try to upsell me, I did get a good deal. When it came to delivery, the Red Carpet service was excellent, they called a little early in a 2 hour time slot.
