I am giving 5 Stars even though I could go lower but what they did for us was amazing. We came in and needed a couch before new years as we have family coming over and right now we are sitting on an air mattress. We were told they could get us the couch we wanted with a chaise lounge on the other side in time and so we went ahead and purchased as it was the perfect couch. We called them a week later to check on the status and apparently they were wrong and couldnt get it in until 6 more weeks which was a huge problem. I went in to cancel our order and go elsewhere. They gave us an alternative offer. They delivered a couch and love seat to use until ours came in. I explained that would be a month and although tentative about it they agreed and really worked to make us happy. They even gave us the delivery on our couch free when it comes in and delivered the temp ones for free. Incredible service that really surprised me. We offered to find a different temp couch but they insisted on letting us use theirs which was a set from the warehouse. I would gladly do business with them again and will. They really shouldnt have promised what they could do originally but the way they made up for it was great and well worth the 5 stars. The only thing I did learn was going in and talking to them was easiest, over the phone there was lots of communication errors and I was having a hard time working it out but if the only thing I have to do is take a short drive to visit to talk for the solution they gave us I would gladly do it again knowing they will do what it takes to earn my business.

Going to this place was an awful idea on my part. This company is going out of business and I now know why. I was hesitant to go to them from the beginning because something didnt seem right. But I followed my frugalness instead of my heart. We spent over two thousand dollars with this company. We thought everything was fine and maybe we could receive all of our items or at the latest the next day. However, they didnt tell us that there was going to be a waiting period for the items we purchased. Not only was there a waiting period but it was a long one. How does two to three weeks sound to you? This information was given to us after the transaction was done, if so we would have taken our business elsewhere. Then, finally when we got our items, the driver said we owed an additional C.O.D. I could not believe the audacity of this company. I had to prove to them that we had completely paid in full and no amount was due. If you are looking to have a wonderful buying experience, this is not the place to go. experience, this is not the place to go.

This store is the most unconventional, dirty, and weird looking out of all the furniture stores Ive ever been. Its located in the middle of a industrial zone, and boasts a huge empty parking lot and waste space that seems like its been years since cleaned. Inside, everything seems to be normal until you actually see the store. Hot, humid, with fans everywhere for the air circulation. The furniture does seem to be good looking and with wide variety of options but if the first impression is really bad, Im afraid there isnt going to be much of a business. Might shop only once. Would probably never go back again.

Beware of deceptive sales tactics! We fell in love with a couch from this place and were assured that the couch was warrantied. Purchased it over the phone and they offered to sell us the floor model so we could get it before Christmas. They did not tell us the warranty would be voided if we purchased floor model and no returns or exchanges could be granted. A month later the couch cushions are wearing down and they tell us they can not help us in any way! Horrible customer service and sneaky tactics.

This is probably the best furniture shop Ive ever visited. My wife and I thought we could find some great stuff but everywhere we went we could only find overpriced, low quality items that severely lacked style. We came here as a last resort because I incorrectly assumed that like every other furniture store or their prices would be over our budget. My mistake! We ended up finding a few pieces we loved. Youre likely to find what youre looking for at a very reasonable price.

Make sure you are 100% sure before you buy anything form here because they might say your can return something if it does not work for you in 2 months, but once they come for delivery their return policy changes to 2 days. Had to call them multiple times for returning something that I bought a week ago and every time they will say they will call back and you do not hear back from them.

I really hate buying furniture; I always have found it to be as stressful as buying a car or a house but my experience at Prestige Furniture helped change my view. They were very helpful and listened to what I wanted and were able to find me the perfect pieces for my home. I love how everything looks and I would use them again whenever I need to purchase more furniture.

I went to Prestige Furniture after my divorce to get a new bedroom suit and I was pleased with the selection and the price of their products. The staff helped me pick out a beautiful new bedroom suit and was very friendly and compassionate even though I was taking a long time to make my decision. The salesman (Mike) was very nice and willing to help. We purchased a kitchen table w/4 chairs and a bench, an ottoman and a sectional couch. We love everything we bought... the couch seems a little cheaply built though. Had an issue with the couch and Mike set up a date tha a new one would be delivered. I will definitely go back!

I was looking for new furniture for a new home, the sales associate was helpful and informative. I ended up buying a couch, loveseat, ding room with six chairs and a china hutch. GREAT quality!! I felt that the prices very very competitive and the customer service was awesome! GREAT place to shop!!

Just like the review before me, I was surprised at how low the prices were while at the same time all of the stuff was so nice! Bill helped us find the perfect living room sofa, chair and end tables. I would recommend this place to any body, very happy with the entire experience!

We were treated like family here and got a great deal on a floor model of a couch. Chi was wonderful to work with and the couch was delivered the next day by super friendly delivery guys. I cant speak for others experience here, but I would highly recommend.
