Kenya was extremely helpful! I had just moved to the area and was low on funds but desperately needed a mattress/bed. He didnt pressure me into going for an expensive mattress. He was more than willing to help me review mattresses in their value section. He explained the differences in mattress types, explained box springs versus Bunkie boards, and what frame to get. He made the process extremely easy. I also love the 0% APR payment plans they offered which allowed be to get a better bed than I initially thought with my available funds. Overall, I went in apprehensive because I dislike interacting with sales people and left with a a new mattress to be delivered that day and a huge weight and headache gone. This was one of the best experiences Ive had with a salesperson type store.

We have utilized Sleep Train in the past and turned to them again for another bed need in a teenagers bedroom. We literally were out of the store in 15 minutes with a bed decision, delivery date, offers to remove the old bed and a weekend delivery time that worked for us. Great experience and we will use them again the next time we need another bed.

The salesman was very helpful and was able to get the mattress down to my price range which is awsome. Love that I get 120 days to make sure I like the bed. Delivery was so so, they were not prepared to take the old bed away which was a little annoying. Overall a good experience in the store and a great mattress.

The sales tactics are very pushy to try and get you to leave at least a deposit or buy a bed right there and then. They direct you to the highest priced stuff in regards to what you say you are looking for but just down the road I was able to find a suitable mattress for $400 instead of $4000.

Looks like the change from sleep train didnt do them good. Postponed delivery twice and made a mistake in the charge. The matress we bought is good though.
