I called the day before visiting the store and spoke to Josh on the phone for ~30-min. He patiently answered all my questions. I then met 2 floor employees, Gordon and Thomas, at the store the next day. They were both helpful to help me in selecting a junior board. Thomas even got me a killer price discount that I could not refuse. They were so cool to me and my kid. I wish every store has such great customer service experience!!! Thank you very much.

Taken my skis here twice to get tuned-up. Once prior to the season they did a great edge and wax job. After beating on them for a week in the early Tahoe season, the bases were thrashed. Chris (shop manager) did a great p-tex job filling and smoothing the gouges. Plus hes a great guy to swap stories with! Definitely calling this my shop for ski-related fixes...

Finding a great ski shop for service and repairs in the peninsula can be difficult - I called ahead and August and the crew in the service department were able to get me in same day to repair a core shot so I could ski Tahoe the next day. Repair looks great. Looked like they had a wide selection of rentals and I spotted some great deals on 15 (last yrs) skis!

Its a perfect place to get ski/board gear in the winter and bike gear in the summer. The staff is nice. Wide selection of brands and overall a nice store. Only downsides are the prices can be a bit high and during winter (when everybody is in the store getting geared up for the winter) the waits can get put to 45 minutes.

Bought a helmet, gloves and goggles here for my 2nd snowboarding trip. The sales guys are pretty cool (one of them is ok though). He took time to explain and recommend different products. Prices are good (comp w/ amazon). Will definitely go back.
