Absolutely the worst customer service i have ever encountered i needed to exchange a pair of three day old 95.00 gloves for a size smaller and because i had worn them one time even though i had the receipt and all the original tags. They refused to even exchange them for a smaller size and suggested that i sell them on craigslist and that I will probably get my money back. I think that is the most outrageous exchange policy or lack there of that i have ever heard of i will never buy another thing from this company and i suggest you dont either as you have no where to warranty your products. Even if they come with a 1 year manufactures warranty as did my gloves.

Worst customer service ever, wanted to exchange a used once $650 jacket for the same size and model because it had a defective strap. I understand my fault of not checking every little piece before using it, but I really liked the jacket and it wasnt something easy to notice before being in actual snow.
