I like the Patagonia brand, but this store is so small and doesnt really carry a large selection of merchandise. Last time I was here no one even offered to help me find what I was looking for! I left here disappointed, and felt I had wasted my time. Most likely not returning to this Patagonia location in the future.

I had a slight issue with an item purchased online in 2013. The staff was very helpful, didnt ask twice even though I went to exchange it a year later and they stayed true to their 100% satisfaction policy. Would recommend the brand to everyone - you get what you pay for and these guys are great!
