No return on a defected bike. They just offer store credit and tell about their non existent store policy. ***Update*** I had an very frustrating experience with this location, especially the store manager Ms. Danielle. I came in twice to this store to get my issue resolved, the store would refuse to give an refund; only offering store credit or an replacement which at this case I would have to spend more. Since I dont have any other form of transportation I was told by her to leave the bike for the mechanic and take an "Uber" come back later. Thankfully Mr. Bruno solved this case very professionally and listened carefully over the phone.

This store has a great selection of clothes with good prices. Beat the prices and variety of Sports Authority in the mall. All the racks in All Mountain are seperated by brand not by item which can get a little confusing. I was a new rider and they walked me through the process with a positive hands on approach. All the workers board so they can give you advice from experiance. I suggest checking it out.

Has a family owned feel. Great selection from snow jackets and pants to helmets. Would recommend if you are trying to get into skiing/snowboarding. However we were in the store for almost 1.5 hrs and didnt get help looking for what we needed. They did offer a military discount and so I would go back again!

Decent price and nice staff. Hes name was Mike. Find him when you need help for snow boarding items or other shoes. He was really helpful and dont forget signing up your email to get $40 discount. The manager wont let you know the discount before you ask for it.

Great selection of items for all outdoor activities and very helpful staff. Didnt feel pressured to buy even after asking a bunch of questions, and the staff made sure I would pick the right thing for me. Great place, will be back

Decent alternative to REI across the center. One way this location beats REI is in equipment rental, so if youre planning on hitting the slopes for the first time, Any Mountain is the spot to get any snow gear!
