Walked in and the staff met me as soon as I entered the store. FitGeek is awesome! I was evaluated (I have flat feet and pronated stance when I walk), so they put me on the treadmill and used their video technology to evaluate how I walked on the treadmill at various speeds. I was fitted with several shoes and they helped me narrow down my choices, and then I was back on the treadmill testing the best fit and shoe. One shoe type actually hurt my feet when I walked for a few minutes, and one felt like leathers, light, airy, and supporting. I got the right shoe for me. I would have never known the proper fit and feel if they didnt evaluate me on site - which saves time and hassle of returning something that didnt work. I am very satisfied with the excellent customer service, attention to detail, and support. I left with shoes, socks, and a smile! Well worth the trip, and wouldnt hesitate to return again. They will always be my first choice for walking/exercise footwear.

Fitgeeks geeks are the best! Theyre super friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. The store is kept very neat and clean, and its easy to get comfortable while youre trying on shoes. Its almost guaranteed youll find your perfect shoe here! I also like the other running gear they have, specifically for the high quality of their products. Im not crazy about the price sometimes though. Oh well, you get what you pay for. Regarding the parking lot issue: yes, its a small and shared lot, but notice that its shared with Ikes and Panda. If I were you, Id try to come here outside of lunch hours.

FitGeek is awesome! The technology they use to ensure you have the perfect fit in athletic shoes makes a huge difference. The video equipment films your feet "in action" and the salesperson plays it back for you in slow motion and advises you regarding gait improvement. The information gained during this filming is key in finding the correct shoe for the athletes activities. I own a personal training business nearby and we recommend FitGeek to all of our clients. Fitgeek also has great accessories for runners and other types of athletes.

Nice store. I visited it yesterday to buy a pair of running shoes. Probably it was just bad luck. But, the three models that I liked it were not available on my size. The staff is friendly but I think she was still waking up, because she did not offer me to try the shoes in the treadmill. I had to ask her if I could use the treadmill.

Best shoe-buying experience Ive had. The staff had me run on the treadmill and pulled up side-by-side video showing my gait in each of the shoes I tried. They explained how each shoe was helping or hindering my running. I finally settled on a pair of shoes Im very happy with.

Great experience here! My body is not built for running, yet I still need to. These guys got me set up with the perfect pair of shoes after a full video gait analysis that work great for me. Would go back in a heartbeat!

They have a treadmill with a camera attached, where they can observe your footing when you run and recommend a shoe that fits.
