Store is a small but has everything you need for mountainer and hiking. All the people working in the store is very helpful and makes you feel welcome. I summited Mt Baker on June 25th 2017. The guides where very professional and safety was their top priority. I am very happy to choose Miyar has the guiding company for My Baker. On July 19th, I am going to Mt Rainier with Miyar. Wish me luck!

A great local shop which stocks mountaineering and rock climbing gear ranging from trail spikes, crampons, gaiters, mountaineering boots, hiking socks, base layers, glacier pants, a variety of puffy jackets, helmets, ice axes, backpacks, sleeping bags, tents and much much more. The owner and staff are very friendly and will work with you to help pick the right gear. Highly recommended!!

I purchased a nice, warm and stylish winter jacket which is great for both hiking & city from this store with a help of very friendly service. I am not quite a hiker (yet), but this store definitely has a welcoming & motivating atmosphere, therefore I would be happy to join one of their amazing tours someday. Not a big store, but the owner seems to have a big heart!

On top of this, I highly recommend Miyar Adventures for any hiking / ice climbing trip in Washington state or overseas. Recently went into the shop to get a new raincoat and the selection is good! Lots of NorthFace gear and SmartWool socks. Nice setup and convenient in downtown Redmond, great service with knowledgeable staff. Id definitely recommend.
