Going to this store always makes me happy, even if I dont buy something (though for everyone of my visits I have.) Every time Ive gone to Big 5 the staff had been very helpful, whether it was just helping me pick out a good pair of shoes or answer some questions they were great! It is a bad thing that they have no legitimate place to put your bike. If its a bad thing to lock it to the paraplegic parking pole i didnt know when i recently visited the store. To me thats really the only downfall to their store. As for it being dirty, I was much to focused on what was in the store that I could buy to pay any attention to the store being dirty. I think if youre saying the store is bad because it was a bit dirty, you may need to check your "standards" unless youre a store inspecter or something. Youre there to get help and/or buy something in my opinion.

No consideration for customer comfort, no rest room. Will not allow customers to use their rest room. Male employee says "theres a delivery right now." Liar! Went around the building before coming into the store to get a parking space, no deliveries buddy. I was asked by another employee (looked like a manager) if I found everything okay. I said, no and voiced out my concern. No reaction given. Left for Wal-Mart and dropped $200 there instead. Big5 pay attention. No star.

A Private User

No place to lock a bicycle and the cashier wouldnt allow me to park the bike inside the building. She recommended I illegally lock it to the handicap parking sign. I left with my cash finding another business that was willing to sell me what I was looking for.

Because the first 5mins I was inside the store an employee was giving extra attention,after that I stood at the gun cabinet waiting for assistance for 10 min before the same employee came to assist,mind you this15min.window.2 customers,I counted 6employees.

More merch actually inside than the website indicates. Cant sell guns before 1pm, thats when the manager comes in. The shoes are cheap and comfortable but only last about 6 months. Better get prepared for the big storm ya know.

Surprising this place is still in business and selling firearms. HIGHLY recommend stopping by and picking up a rifle, the guy at the firearm counter has a magnificent beard, and is incredibly knowledgeable about firearms.

This is the worst Big 5 I have ever been to. Parking sucks, the store is small, but they have sales all the time. Unfortunately you can pretty much order everything they sell for less online.

This store has helpful polite people, which makes shopping good. Love the shoe sales, I can get two pair for less than what I would pay for 1 pair elsewhere. All in all a good store.

Typical big 5 sporting good store. Its on the small side, the store in Vacaville is larger. Their selection is minimal but gets things done on a budget when necessary.

This is the only store in fairfield that you can find most sporting good for all sports. I found my sons baseball cleats here.
