I called store to ask for Windshield wipers for my car and if they would be able to replace them. The gentleman said sure no problem. A couple of hours later, I went to the store and this this Sales Customer manager was like uhmm no theres only two of us and we cant leave the store. You can leave the store to go out the door? I was driving off the parking lot and (he same manager that had told me that she could not leave) I saw her leaving for the day. She could have gone to change the wipers, but why do extra work if your just about to leave? Great Customer Service, I went to Jiffy Lube to get my oil change and waited to change my wipers at autozone. In the end it was cheaper to have it done at Jiffy Lubbe and with no hassle. That should teach me a leasson I guess; Im defently not using AutoZone. Ill go to Napa instead.

I bought the new battery and new windshield wipers at this store. Front desk guy (I think he was the manager) was very friend and recommended me good parts for my Mazda. Im really satisfied with this AutoZone compared to Oreillys or Napa. Was looking for some tools, stopped at Oriellys, found nothing what I was looking for. Stopped at Napa, same thing.. but AutoZone always helped me out. From now on Autozone is my first auto store for my vehicles! Really appreciated with service!! Thank you!

These guys are great. To be honest i was never a big fan of Autozone, but i moved a couple blocks away from this one. My Alternator went out and its a pain to do for my vehicle, and i had no tools at my new place. They let me borrow any tools i needed while i did the work in the parking lot. I had never changed an alternator before but they told me everything i needed to know and helped me through the whole process. Definitely above and beyond.

Awesome Window Cleaning
They had 7 duralast gold batteries which were sold out at the midtown Autozone, and super quick service! I highly recommend these guys!
