This business is the EPITOME of why brick and mortar is going the way of the dinosaur...Rebies and Napa in general, charge 2,3 and 4 times as much as any online parts house...plus you get DELiVERY with an online order. . Reibes has a narrow selection and i DARE you to call ahead for part availability, you will grow grey on hold waiting for a surly "parts man" to get it wrong. Im sorry, i like the people who staff it, but the powers that be at Napa are behind the times at best or GREEDY at worst. Im afraid they fall somewhere in between.

So after oreileys guy was an ass, my husband and i went here and met with Mike Ornelas. Mike brought out all possible adapters, researched all options for our standard to metric problems. After a 45 minutes of help and problem solving we found the right tool, the tools needed for the job and THE ABSOLUTE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. O reileys around the corner will never amount to this store thanks to their employee who was cold, short, and unwilling to help show us the right options. Thank you mike and give this guy a raise PLEASE!!!!

Strange experience today while shopping here. There were 6 people working behind the counter and they were not able to tell me what tupe of engine oil do I need for Infiniti EX 35. I Googled for specifications on my phone. At check out register I was asked if I found everything OK? My reply was not really. So Anthony asked me what was the issue. He told me what I needed helped me to pick the correct oil from the shelf and saved the day. I was about to leave and never come back here again, Anthony has changed my mind. Thanks

Roads are closed but our caravan has the great idea to get around the chain controls and take back roads. Even though we have AWD, we want some piece of mind and stop here and get a set of chains. Luckily this place was open late and they had all sorts of chains. In and out quick and on our way.

Ive been shopping at this Riebes store for 20 years - best one around. Knowledgeable staff, have a lot of stuff in stock, and their prices are always reasonable. I hardly shop anywhere else for anything automotive!
