So I had an extremely weird encounter last night at Target. I was in line waiting to buy baby formula for my baby and noticed that it was taking a little while but realized the lady in front was paying with WIC which takes time as you have to do each transaction separatley. I knew i would be waiting and was ok with this, a man with a basket then got in line behind me. The cashier had 2 more people to get to before me, once it was my turn I gave her my coupons from the formula company but it brought down her register. She was trying to fix it and get it working again but the register was just not working. At this time the man behind me started making rude comments to the cashier telling her do your job, keep trying to take longer so you can get that all mighty dollar and maybe you should just get help. He then proceeded to yell at a manger walking by to help the checker as she obviously doesnt know what shes doing and needs it. The manager comes over and is trying to help see if she can unstuck to register which isnt responding well to their attempts. The man then starts berating both women and after listening to this jerk degrade these employees who are being respectful to the man and explaining whats going on that its the computer system they are trying to fix it and if he cant wait he may go to another register at which he scoffed and said thats ridiculous he spends good money there and comes weekly. I turned and told the man if he has such a problem go to another register and stop being a jerk! They were doing their job and him coming weekly and spending a bunch of money is what I do also but berating someone and acting way out of turn is unacceptable. These ladies were just trying to help me in the end the register had to be restarted and he ended up having to go another register anyways but again was ranting and raving. Cudos to Tiffany and Sasha for not only keeping their cool but still being respectful of someone who clearly thinks its ok to talk down to someone just because he shops there. I shop her multiple times a week for formula and other things and will continue to do so because the people are always helpful I am just sorry they were treated this way.

I have found the manager to be untruthful, uncaring and ineffective. Having had a problem finding an item which has no identifying sign, altho it occupies a whole row, I asked several staff people and then the store manager about a fix. I was told: 1. -No stores have them and they are not available (not true, all other Targets identify the row where this is located); 2 - Signs will be up immediately (3 months and no action); 3 - the signs are ordered (the manager later denied this); t 4 - the manager will contact me and let me know what she is doing (its been 3 months and no contact). Why shop at a store that tells you they dont value an honest answer to a complaint?

I love Target!!! This one in particular satisfies all of my families needs. It is clean, the staff is nice, and the selection is great. The only tiny issue is that this place gets packed, especially during certain times of the year like the holidays or the day before school. This target is awesome and I will continue to shop here over the competition.

Nice people but poor service. Ordered something online and was told the prices was too complicated to return...? So i used my phone to pull up the applicable information and complete the return. Maybe if i hadnt had such consistently good service in Vacaville and Fairfield i wouldnt have something to compare it to...

Target at this location it is my favorite! Huge parking space; excellent location; great customer service; we got everything we need. Planty of shopping carts; plenty of merchandise and plenty of groceries store items. It is a lot to say about this location but you will have to come to experience yourself!

I was stopped once at the door to check my receipt and basket for STOLEN items. I was being profiled and accused of stealing by security. It was so embarrassing. Everything checked out fine. Will NEVER come back again. If I could give negative stars, I WOULD!!

They seem to always be out of stock of what I need. Parking lot gets jammed up fairly easily. Other than that, its just like every other target. It is smaller than most other targets Ive been to.

Pretty busy outlet, and parking lot usually full. With that said, seems fairly well stocked (popular item sizes may be missing), and the checkout clerks do their job quickly and efficiently.

I love this Target Crystal is the best! Never had any problems with any customer service everyone is always asking if you need help finding something. All around good people and great store.

Mostly an OK Target. Ive been to Targets with better selection. During Xmas some of the items get picked through and never make it back to the shelf. They remain on the floor.

Great store but lacking in a quality movie selection except around the holidays the pleasanthill store is better for finding the movies your looking for. Other than that not bad

This place is clean, moderately well stocked but always short on cashiers. Its 7pm on a Saturday and there is only 1 cashier. Power to you cashier #6. Please go faster though.

Those Target can get really busy quickly, before doors open at 8, the parking lot is filled. Youll find a great selection of every like a normal Target.

Small compared to Super Targets. Shoe boxes were empty and placed on the selves? No shoe clearance section. One key thing there were no long lines.

Not too crowded late night Thanksgiving. Would like to see the selection of mens clothing raised in size. Not much for larger men.

I like all Target stores. This one is a bit older, but the experience is consistent with other stores. It does get fairly busy.
