I am simply amazed at the outstanding customer service at this location! I was online at Nordstrom and found an item that I really wanted and needed for a trip I am taking in just a few days. Online I was only offered standard shipping which would put my item arriving past my leave date. I live in Texas and this item was not available anywhere near me so I chatted with a rep online and she located the item at this location and provided me with the number/extension to call so I could order it over the phone and have it shipped expedited to me. I spoke with a tremendously nice person, Ana, who just blew me away with her customer service skills. She found the item, processed my order, pulled up my "notes" so I could use them and had everything done in short order. She followed up with me about my order to let me know that everything was complete as well. I am super happy about this entire interaction and will continue to be a very happy Nordstrom shopper!

Im use to the Nordstroms at the Westfield. The store at Stonestown doesnt feel like the layout is done too well. Its unclear which section is where so Im not sure where to find what Im looking for when I go there. The staff are great as always so they get five stars. A big plus is that if you want to drive there without paying for parking its a normal mall with tons of free parking. The other stores in the mall arent so exciting so thats not a big draw to coming here. Of the two stores Id rather BART down town to the Westfield from the Mission than drive to Stonestown.

I recently bought a gown for a wedding from Nordstroms on-line. I took it to the Stonestown store for hemming. I was not pleased with the quality of the hem and notified the management. The store manager, Sara, immediately called me back, met with me, supervised the re-do of the hem, and made sure it was to my satisfaction. I was very pleased with my interaction and final outcome. Thank you Sara.

the service here is great !! i lost my jacket here once and i asked the workers to inform me if they find it and after a while they did find it ! i always come here to buy makeup from kiehls and the ladies are so nice over there. they attend to all my needs and questions i have and are so sweet. i also get a bunch of samples when i come here. i love this nordstroms

This is a larger Nordstroms with a full restaurant on the ground floor. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. There is plenty of parking. Nordstroms has its own parking lot that is a bit separated from the rest of the mall. The different sections are clearly marked, and I have never had difficulty finding what I am looking for.

the BEST customer service ive ever gotten from a nordstrom tl;dr came in here for a pair of shoes, but they didnt have my size. the rep said they could order it for me, and while we waited, he showed me a few other shoes i hadnt noticed that were great. tl;dr shorter, came in for a pair of shoes, walked out with 2 and one on order.

As far as Nordstroms go, this one sucks. It feels old, the selection is sparse and the choices are not fashionable. Im not sure the buyers are for this location, but they stink. Being in this location feels like youre in Sears or Macys. It doesnt feel mid-high end.

Made a summer purchase and the service was awesome and friendly. Had my jeans hemmed just right! The sales clerk took the time to search the system for the right sized pair and I ended up getting an existing one there at a reduced and better price. Awesome job!
