Worst Target I have ever been to. I am huge target fan and shop there monthly spending $100-$500 depending on the month but I have never been to a worst target than this one. Associates are just mean and dont even care to help I went there 4 months ago when I moved here and asked 3 different reps about a promo they had and no one even offered to help all they said is sorry we are not sure what this promo is for even though they had a sign for it. I will go to the mall location just so I dont have to deal with these ppl then 4 months later I wanted to give them a chance so I went again and same thing I had a gift card that was sent by email from target after my Xmas order was messed up and refunded on gift card instead of paypal. And in the store the cashier couldnt scan and didnt even asked to use the numbers till I asked her to and then didnt even get it to work and just said sorry didnt even say it didnt work or why. Just the worst not to mention the look they give you if you dont use self checkout I even got yelled at by a rep for not wantin to use it what is that suppose to be? Never again at this target and due to the fact the mall is further away I think target just lost some business not that it would matter to them. Just disappointed.

We went school supplies shopping on a Friday middle of the day. Stocking carts were parked in the aisle blocking displays. Many of the bins had been restocked. Bins were so full items were falling out overflowing onto the floor. Several items were stocked in the wrong areas. Clearly items did not match description and price stickers on display. Check out took approximately 40 minutes. This was just for our purchase. Not our time waiting in line for a cashier. The computer was unable to correctly apply our coupons to the appropriate items. Ultimately, we were asked to unbag all of our items. Step to a different register. Place coupons on top of each appropriate item. This still did not solve the problem of the computer being able to apply the coupon to the appropriate item. Our bill was 158 plus dollars after coupons. At this point Im not even sure if the coupons were applied appropriately. Dont know dont care! Happy to be out of the store and on my way. Next time we will drive past Target and head to Walmart. At least there, the cash registers allow the managers the ability to override the coupons.

If people told me "do you have an addiction?" I would say "yes, and that addiction is TARGET " I love coming here all the time, but the reason why I did not give this place 5 stars is because every time I go there and if we walk by the shoe isle it is horendous! They make it look like they dont clean it up, and they pictures of teen boys and men in shoes make it look like a family shoe store, but there are barely any shoes for men and the last time I got shoes from there was when I was nine now Im a teenager. And one more thing can target please hire more people, because sometmomes we go there and the lines are so backed up that we have to use the self checkout, and it gets annoying because its always telling you "please scan your next item, please scan you next item" I cannot believe how many people think its annoying. I mean what gives there are like 10 or 12 checkout stands and every time I go there its only 2 isles are open

Justina the so called team lead for customer has lack of customer concern. No associates that passed by my sister and I while shopping offered any assitance. I used to work for target and my team lead for logistics emphasized the importance of customer service and satisfaction.. the only employee that actually seemed the slightest concerned that we were happy was an associate named christine but even she couldnt properly explain to Justina what was happening. I hope your store receives this and does something about it because whats the point of having employees if they cant even do their job efficiently. This is extremely dissapointing and all we wanted to purchase was shampoo and conditioner. They keep calling Justina is incompetent of her own actually job. This is very stressful and dissapointing a process that couldve been taken care of withing minutes is now taking an hour

They have some of the most friendliest people working there. The young lady who helped me today offered to call other stores for me before I could even ask her and then because they only had one of the fire stands that I wanted, she asked me how many did I want or need and she asked them to hold two for me and gave them my name to put it under. She did an AWESOME JOB! For that kind of customer service, Ill shop there forever.

Tried to buy a TV from this location, customer service was bad. Ordered the TV online from their website, customer service was worse. We are about at the one month mark of them shipping me the TV order after already shipping the wrong TV the first time. Very little was done to ensure that this was even a decent experience for me. That being said, I will choose to go somewhere else in the future.

Shopping Candy for holiday trying to negotiate sales posted. Get to cash register and because I am not aware of the cartwheel app and have not downloaded it I am not eligible for the 30% discount. After several discussions about the sign and sale they went ahead and honored the discount. Such a waste of time and energy for a little over $2.50.

Im new to the puyallup area and I went to this target this morning I walked in and not one person said hello or good morning just got some looks like they didnt want to work the only person said good morning to me was the lady at the Starbucks stand when hiring people make sure they come to work with a smile and a greetings to customers

I really enjoy shopping at this specific target. I absolutely hate the fact that if you go in late at night the only checkout open is self checkout. Those machines are horrible to use. Then during the day the staff tries to convince you to use those machines as well. There is a reason other companies are removing these machines!!!!!

It used to be that Target was a good place to shop with low end hipster stuff. Now its sort of sad and faded. Even though this one is on the edge of a trendy "lifestyle" center, it still feels faded, being next to a dingy looking Famous Footwear. Its okay.

I went here looking for some tire chains. Apparently they dont sell them. I rarely shop at Target because its not near me. So going in here was a treat when comparing it to Walmart. Its just so much more relaxing and quiet.

Ya, Target... Walmart shopping just for women. Just have your wife or girlfriend drop you off at Trappers Sushi or the Ram across the parking lot while she buys all the pretty nic nac crap you dont care about.

Visiting here is either a hot or a miss, and I have learned that if you will come here at evenings it will more likely be a miss. They just dont keep the store as organized as it was when they just opened.
