I made the mistake of visiting the little cafe. They only have a couple of bigger tables and they were taken, most of them are tiny tables. I wanted to sit together with my daughters so I put together two tiny tables. Later on here comes this Sargent-type lady scolding us for moving the table. I told her I was moving the table back before leaving and I thought that was the end of it. She went and told another guy who came to move us off the table because he "had to put the table back now" It was so embarrassing to go through this harassment. Big restaurants are so kind to make you feel comfortable rearranging tables for you. Besides, I had seen other people moving tables all the time so I didnt think it was a big issue. Needless to say I wont go back to this place. I am just sorry I spent money in their food and drinks.

I am a regular here and mostly everyone is very nice just avoid Elexys Y. She is very rude to customers continues conversations with team members while guests are in line waiting to make an order. As she attends you she hurrys you up to make your order and makes faces or gestures if you add to your order. Definately not the type of person you want serving guests who come to drink a coffee and read. Everyone else is really nice, maybe someone needs to talk or listen to Elexys she always seems to be in an unhappy mood

I love all the employees at barnes and noble! Especially Cafe, amazing service and delicious desserts. Must try there cheesecake factory cheesecake! You can also use barnes and noble gift cards and your membership to save 10% off your total in the cafe area!

"Yes, grandkids, there were bookstores where you walked in and they had physical books!" Barnes & Nobles move down Central Avenue into the mall was the best move that they could have made. A nice selection of books, and a semi-official Starbucks to boot.

Very cool. They have a wide selection of books. Although I have gone countless number of times, I have never received help from anyone other than the cashiers. Will update if I ever do get assistance with one of these days.

While I like being left alone while shopping NOBODY seems to come up when youre wandering like your lost. I guess if you go here more and know what you want or are just browsing with no time constraints its great.
