TERRIBLE service from the old witch with the red hair. Tried returning a book within the time they gave me to return it with full money back. My book literally didnt have even a scratch, no water marks, nothing. She did not want to give me my money back claiming I opened the book! I mean of course isnt that how you read a book? I did not know I wasnt going to need it. I got a book grant 2days after I bought it. Yet,like I said it looked brand new. She then went off giving me attitude and walking me to her book shelf telling me it had to look EXACTLY like the rest of her books; yet my book looked EXACTLY like those nd she kept arguing how it doesnt. I swear she just wants your money and why put a return policy out there if you are just not going to follow it.

This bookstore is bad! Services poor attitude poor. Last time I was go to returns a book, the casher was a old woman, looks like a hag, her facial was looks like I own her money! And even no talks to me, she just stand there and waiting for me to gives her my credit card. I dont know what she want. That was my worst experience in my life!

This place is crooked. I returned my book a couple of months ago within the return period. I got a receipt for it too, but the credit never showed on my statement. Had to dispute the charges with my CC company. Beware of the old lady there. She is the one who helped me.

Dont come to this book store please !!! The service is horrible the guy and old women are very rude and are a scam!!!!! Worst book store dont go!
